Warm welcome in a wintry London afetrnoon
Afternoon tea here was a lovely experience. The ambience of the hotel is really special with every attention offered to guests. Particularly thanks to Everett Chambers for looking after us so well and to our lovely waiter Krjistof. Food was delicious and we had a memorable afternoon. Many thanks.

Wonderful stay
Cannot fault this hotel or it’s wonderful staff. Everyone is friendly and always on hand to assist. We had afternoon tea which was just perfect & well priced, we also took advantage of the complimentary hot chain the lounge after we arrived as it was a cold & rainy day outside. The room we had was a king garden view, which was adequately sized with a lovely comfy bed & it was so quiet so slept extremely well. Can’t wait to stay here again

Amazing experience
The team really helped us organize such a wonderful afternoon for my cousin's hen do. Everything was beautifully arranged, and the service was fantastic. The team was attentive, and the Afternoon Tea was absolutely delicious—everyone thoroughly enjoyed it!

Great location and service
The location is prime. It is on a quiet street and quiet all around, yet it is right next to West End and SoHo. The service is top notch from the moment I checked in. The rooms are comfortable and large. My only complaint is I didn’t get to spend enough time at the hotel as I was out all day.

The Montague was Incredible! The room was beautiful and really comfortable. The food was to die for and all the staff were amazing, so friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. The complimentary hot chocolate was the best I have ever tasted! If I am ever back in london I will definately be back
