I absolutely loved my stay at the Nobu Hotel in Shoreditch! I’ve definitely found my new go-to hotel when visiting London. The hotel is spotlessly clean, which is a top priority for me. The room size is perfect, providing just the right amount of space to feel comfortable, and the bathroom is beautifully designed. Beyond the great facilities, the staff at the front desk were incredibly kind and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find a place that ticks all the boxes, but The Noble truly does. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Absolutely disgusted with my experience with the nobu assistant manager Elena. Contacted reception about the mini bar cost as no menu was left if our room and we weren't told a reception the cost of anything. Manger was the most pedantic person I've ever met, had to record the conversation due to how disrespectful she was. People like her should not work in customer service. £5 for can of coke? £30 for a small bottle of wine? £6 for crisps? Absolute scam. I would definitely definitely not recommend this place. They will be hearing from my lawyers. There's so many nicer 5* hotels in London. A crappy one in Shoreditch certainly isn't. They also ignore emails and calls when they do anything wrong so the don’t have to take responsibility how embarrassing. Such a great response below to the manger being rude and refusing to refund me my £100 deposit. For all company that makes millions a year how embarrassing. They can keep deleting my reviews and I’ll keep leaving more. :)

You can tell she is truly dedicated to creating a memorable experience. Five-star service all around!

Lovely hotel in really good location. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception, particularly Shanise. Really good room service food options. The room was ready when we arrived at 1pm and the 12pm checkout meant the morning was not rushed.

Arrived at 9:30am to check in and leave our bags with reception where they asked if we would like to use the spa/steam rooms/gym, which was a nice offer from the friendly staff. We booked interconnecting premium rooms with breakfast. The rooms are clean, free from clutter, and comfortable with a nicely stocked minibar, a fancy Japanese tea set and coffee bags. I love a hotel breakfast and had seen good reviews for this hotel so paid extra for breakfast when reserving so I was disappointed to only be offered buffet breakfast with the a la carte at extra cost. The buffet was limited and some of the baked items were stale so the whole experience was disappointing. I will go Room Only next time I stay and get breakfast in one of the many cafes and restaurants in the Shoreditch area, most notably The Breakfast Club. There was 1 cocktail each included in the rate, they were delicious and nicely presented. The gym is well equipped and there are steam rooms in the changing areas. Overall it's an elegant and comfortable hotel with friendly staff, not too big so you don't have to walk miles to your room, and I would stay again.
