Park Plaza London Riverbank

Booked a trip away for anniversary / valentines. Paid for the surprise room upgrade which was initially a real let down. Over looked the tracks and impossible to sleep as they run all day constantly from 5:30am and pass every 30 seconds. It was also little run down in places Guest relations promptly reached out and arranged to change the room to the other side of hotel. Great service restored faith in the brand.

I had a lovely and relaxing stay at the plaza it was a real treat. I was helped by Kateryna who was welcoming and went above and beyond to help me when I was quite flustered and wet from the weather. My room was lovely and the view .... Wow it was absolutely incredible

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel. I booked the stay for myself and my husband for our anniversary - i booked an executive double with river view and requested a room on a high floor with a view of the Houses of Parliament. We were absolutely thrilled upon arrival with our room - the view was absolutely incredible. We went out for the evening and upon returning the guest services team had delivered a very lovely anniversary gift for us which was such a lovely touch! The hotel was welcoming, clean and well presented and the staff were friendly and professional. This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Thank you for such a lovely stay! We would love to return in the future!

The service here is not very good. A man named Azodine was rude and laughed at me when I tried to explain how dirty my room was. But the room was very dirty and I didn't expect a hotel as nice as this to have dirty rooms. The service is slow. The food is average. What I liked was the view. Thanks Josh for the help with bags
