the staff made the stay extra special, especially Luiza and her team in the . the river view was amazing and I am so grateful to all the team. The beds were sooooooo comfortable, slipper and robes too and the pool was very cute :-). Breakfast was fabulous too.

My friend and I had a lovely stay here 23rd November 2024. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. Rooms were spotlessly clean and had good amenities including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and hand and body lotion. Plenty of towels, bath robes, slippers. Iron and ironing board. Hairdryer, small sewing repair kit, kettle, coffee pod machine, teas, milk etc... fre wifi. There wasn't anything more we could have asked for. Bed was really comfortable. We didn't have a river view room but we still had a partial view of the Thames. The hotel is a 9 minute walk from Vauxhall station and 21 minutes walk from Waterloo station. You can flag taxis down right outside. The bar was large and has a fabulous view of the Thames. A live singing group preformed in the evening. There is a swimming pool which is big enough to get some laps in and sauna and steam room. This is open from 6.30am til 9pm. We didn't have the breakfast option but for £25pp we could have added it on.

Spacious room, efficient service and a convenient location. Everything was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly. I stayed for one night, the bed was really comfy and room service was prompt. Didn’t have breakfast as one of the staff mentioned there was a mini market a minutes walk away so I had already stocked up on fresh fruit.

Ederson was our host - he was really fantastic! Good humour and made it fun whilst also teaching us about dim sum & dumplings and how to make them! He was very relaxed and helpful which made it a thoroughly pleasant experience with my partner. Thank you for making it an enjoyable experience and evening :) Highly recommend!

Even if lost or confused the customer service was on point and made me and my dad feel write at home. Pablo served me and was very polite I’d definitely come back! The food and drink its self had an easy menu to follow. Which helps as I can be indecisive when a menu has lots of options. I asked Pablo if he liked the chicken wings with the cheese sauce and he said even if you don’t like the cheese sauce, which I said I didn’t really. He reassured me that i would and I did indeed!
