This is our go to hotel everytime we are in London. The staff are friendly & helpful, the hotel itself is beautiful, beds are comfortable, and the location is perfect for access to the airport and every part of the city. The breakfast is superb and makes for a great start of the day. Highly recommend !

Afternoon tea was lovely. Their menu includes black and green teas and we had a lovely afternoon tea experience hosted by Mr. Binod. They have vegan and gluten free options available too. It's a large quantity of food including finger sandwiches, scones and pastries.

We stayed in early April (5th-7th) and have to say that it’s a perfect place to stay. A short walk to both Paddington station and Lancaster Gate tube, makes it highly accessible. The interior finish is lovely, grand, smart and clean. What gives it the edge over other hotels is the team and their friendly, personal touch. We met Irisha, Svitlana and Jonatan and they were just excellent. It has a wonderful small bar too. Thank you for a lovely stay. Chris & Brin.

The staff was very helpful, the location was ideal - near a central tube stop and an easy walk to Hyde Park! Rooms were pretty and almost like visiting a friend's London apartment.

The Royal Park Hotel in London was a fantastic hotel. The staff were attentive but discreet and the rooms luxurious and spacious. We had my son staying in the same room as ourselves, and the hotel accommodated children attentively.
