I was there two times now for business reasons and would definitely come back. The hotel has an ideal location between Paddington station and Hyde Park. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the service was very attentive and friendly. The breakfast is very delicious.

The minute I entered Roseate House I felt the luxury, and a relief. The team were so welcoming and put me at ease immediately. I was offered luxury chocolates to sample and a beautifully presented drink on fresh juice to enjoy while checking in. I'd needed to send my luggage by courier in advance due to mobility and health reasons, and I was contacted to reassure me it had arrived safely prior to my arrival. Once checked in I was shown to my room, which was exceptional. My luggage was there waiting for me, too. I think it was Dohee(?) the staff member who ensured I was settled in and had everything I needed. He was attentive and kind without being intrusive. The facts: Bathroom: Shower was hot and powerful, and luxury shampoos, lotions, etc were all supplied. The towels were plentiful and fluffy, and warming on a towel warmer. Robes and slippers supplied. It was immaculate. Bedroom area: perfectly sized for me. With great chairs, one for relaxing in, and one for the desk. Large tv, and coffee machine, plus kettle which I was grateful for to make tea and hot chocolate. The only thing that could have helped in this area was a guide telling me which coffee capsules for the machine were what. I'm unable to have caffeine so I didn't want to 'pot luck' it! I'm sure if I'd asked reception they would have advised me which I coukd drink. A cooler, which I used for medication, drinks and some fruit I'd brought with me. Huge wardrobe with a Large mirror. Lighting for every mood. Huge heavy curtains that completely blocked the light in the early hours. During the stay I requested ice a couple of times and it was brought up to my room within minutes. Reception always called to check it had arrived, too, which I thought was so conscientious. Everyday the staff greeted me with smiles and good mornings/how are you? I was a bit cold one night and a heater was found for me which I was so grateful for. Overall I'd love to stay here every time I go to London. The location was ideal for me. I pretty much walked everywhere! It's possibly 6 min walk from Paddington station! With huge special thanks to Irisha, Svitlana, and Dohee (and any one that helped make my stay perfect). You are the dream team! Thank you. Lu

I had a truly wonderful experience at Roseate House during my recent visit to London. The hotel is perfectly located, with easy access to the city’s best attractions while providing a peaceful retreat from the bustling streets. The staff made my stay even more special. In particular, Shee and Dohee went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, offering warm hospitality and attentive service throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and stylish, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was both elegant and welcoming. I highly recommend Roseate House for anyone looking for a top-notch experience in London. I’ll definitely be returning!

The Royal Park Hotel in London was a fantastic hotel. The staff were attentive but discreet and the rooms luxurious and spacious. We had my son staying in the same room as ourselves, and the hotel accommodated children attentively.
