Roseate House London, features 47 luxurious rooms and suites spread across three mid-19th century, Grade-II townhouses built in 1842, restored to the original allure and charm of their rudimentary Victorian architecture. Each room features classic Victorian furniture and original oil paintings from the era, personally handpicked and curated by Jonty Hearnden, antiques expert, appraiser and presenter of BBC’s Antiques Roadshow and Cash in the Attic. Residents can promenade their way to some of the landmarks of London such as Kensington Palace, The Royal Albert Hall, Oxford Street, Park Lane, High Street Kensington and Portobello Road or take a short walk to Paddington station that offers underground access to the entire city and the Heathrow Express to the Heathrow Airport.

Mid winter stay at Roseate House
My daughter and I had the most pleasant stay at Roseate House in January. Our room was gorgeous and the location perfect. Our two night stay was made even more pleasurable by the caring and attentive Team who looked after us during our stay. I would like to thank Daria, Iryna, and Piyush for their care, kindness and professionalism during our stay. A particular thank you to Iryna for going above and beyond when my daughter was unwell—so very appreciated. We will definitely return to Roseate House and the lovely team on our next trip to London and we highly recommend Roseate House as the perfect hotel for your stay in London.

Really soft beds. I was upgraded for free tk my suprise. Really close from the station and the staffs are lovely. Got my tickets printed, had my bags transferred from taxi to room and I was welcomed with a drink. Breakfast is something that can be improved. Rest everything is top notch. Will be back again

Location- Perfect
A very comfortable stay, Rooms warm clean with fantastic beds. Very close to Hyde Park to stretch your legs and train & buses within easy walk with bags. Above all the staff are next level on service and to help with anything. We would definitely stay again and recommend !

Warm and welcoming
We were very impressed with the service here. The stuff was very welcoming and Darla at the reception desk was extremely helpful, providing us with lots of recommendations, and calling us when our room was ready early. Charming restaurant, and well-appointed room. Location was excellent-- close to Paddington station but on a quiet side street in a cute neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Enjoyable stay. Would stay again when next in London
The staff were extremely helpful and approachable. The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable and the bathroom facilities excellent. The location was very good , being close to the tube station at Paddington. The breakfast was okay.

The staff was very helpful, the location was ideal - near a central tube stop and an easy walk to Hyde Park! Rooms were pretty and almost like visiting a friend's London apartment.

I purchased a package to The Royal Park Hotel in London. It was exactly as promised and more. The property was beautiful, quaint, and well decorated. The rooms were spacious, and the staff was exemplary. A fantastic trip!

The Royal Park Hotel in London was a fantastic hotel. The staff were attentive but discreet and the rooms luxurious and spacious. We had my son staying in the same room as ourselves, and the hotel accommodated children attentively.
