I would like to thank Rosewood hotel team for the lovely experience. This is our first time to try Rosewood hotel chain. We arrived in the morning and the room was already prepared which made us comfortable. The room was so clean and good in size for a family of 4. They gave a toy, a fun activity book and a prayer mat which was a wonderful gesture. The breakfast was a set menu but was delicious. We only had an issue with the breakfast and they charged us more , but they solved the issue in minutes which satisfied us. The breakfast employees were very friendly and helpful. The hotel made us feel safe too . It was a wonderful and memorable experience to us . We will definitely come back .

The hotel itself is a glorious building with professional polished staff. Concierge are a polished knowledgeable team and so are the door men. Located near a tube station close to covent garden it is in a great location. The hotel was hosting a conferences which made it feel less like one we’d normally stay in.

The Rosewood London is a truly exceptional hotel. The outstanding attentive staff, loction, quality of the product and overall feel of the property provide a stay like no other. Have stayed at several top hotels in London, but this outshines them all.

I used to absolutely love when it first opened about ten years ago. Unfortunately, my latest visit just didn’t live up to those past experiences. The location is still fantastic and the property looks amazing, but the service is nowhere near the five-star level it once was. The biggest disappointment for me was the so-called “butler service.” Although I didn’t have a single dedicated butler, a young Spanish lady seemed to be our main point of contact. She was pleasant enough, but mostly just chatted—no offer to unpack, no extra touches that a real butler service usually provides. It was also awkward that she focused almost entirely on my partner, which made me feel overlooked and disrespected. It’s a shame because Rosewood London used to be one of my all-time favorites. Unless they step up their service game, I can’t recommend it the way I used to, despite its prime location and beautiful setting. Hopefully, they’ll work on bringing back that genuine five-star experience they were once known for.

My wife and I stayed here on a cheeky weekend in London while the children were away on school trips. The hotel is very nice and the staff were very attentive. The bar was was enjoyable and the Pie Room restaurant was nice. We booked treatments in the spa and really enjoyed it. We will stay here again, when the next chance arises.
