Roseate House London, features 47 luxurious rooms and suites spread across three mid-19th century, Grade-II townhouses built in 1842, restored to the original allure and charm of their rudimentary Victorian architecture. Each room features classic Victorian furniture and original oil paintings from the era, personally handpicked and curated by Jonty Hearnden, antiques expert, appraiser and presenter of BBC’s Antiques Roadshow and Cash in the Attic. Residents can promenade their way to some of the landmarks of London such as Kensington Palace, The Royal Albert Hall, Oxford Street, Park Lane, High Street Kensington and Portobello Road or take a short walk to Paddington station that offers underground access to the entire city and the Heathrow Express to the Heathrow Airport.

Enjoyable stay. Would stay again when next in London
The staff were extremely helpful and approachable. The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable and the bathroom facilities excellent. The location was very good , being close to the tube station at Paddington. The breakfast was okay.

Daria at the reception was super helpful and so nice. She had great patience and cared very much. All the staff were also professional. The room was great and comfortable. I would only take note that the ceiling/walls are thin. Chocolates at the reception was such a considerate touch! Yum

Truly lovely London stay made special by staff with heart
Location is excellent, few minutes walk to Paddington station with connections to everywhere. Short stroll to Hyde Park. Quiet and relaxed area. Plenty of good food options around. I also recommend croissant and coffee in Granier coffee shop around the corner. Rooms are very clean! They have everything I needed. But... It's a big but... The star of the ensemble is the staff. Big shout out to Daria, Svitlana and Shee...your warmth, humour, professionalism and care were second to none. Thank you for a lovely stay! If you're looking for a great place to stay, then I recommend you book here.

The room was comfortable. Bed and sheets were very clean and comfy. Great location and overall great service from the staff. I highly encourage anyone to come visit and to to stay at Roseate and ejoy their wonderful services. Breakfast is not worth it but the staff is very attentive

The staff was very helpful, the location was ideal - near a central tube stop and an easy walk to Hyde Park! Rooms were pretty and almost like visiting a friend's London apartment.

I purchased a package to The Royal Park Hotel in London. It was exactly as promised and more. The property was beautiful, quaint, and well decorated. The rooms were spacious, and the staff was exemplary. A fantastic trip!

The Royal Park Hotel in London was a fantastic hotel. The staff were attentive but discreet and the rooms luxurious and spacious. We had my son staying in the same room as ourselves, and the hotel accommodated children attentively.
