Great Stay
Brief but lovely one night stay while transiting through London. We stayed here 11 years ago for a few days and had a wonderful stay. And, the second time around was good again. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Fabulous location. Very close to Parliment and Westminster Abbey. Beautiful front garden and lobby.

St. Ermins is the perfect mix: luxurious high-end service and a caring welcoming staff. The staff made us feel like family during our stay. It is not just a place to sleep... it is an immersive experience! This is our fourth stay at St. Ermins... I highly recommend it!

Short and lovely stay
Great location, lovely ambience, good food, kid friendly, staff welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying there especially if you have an interest in James Bond! My son was excited to hear about the history of this hotel with the famous show.

The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful, and always available. The hotel is beautiful, room was very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options for all tastes. We enjoyed our stay! Children loved the hotel proximity to many attractions and the underground station.

Great Hotel!
The quality of the hotel was excellent, from the decor of the rooms through to the welcoming smile from the staff every time we walked through the doors. The quality of the food and service at the Tea Room, restaurant and bar was excellent. Our only regret was that we didn't spend more time there. It's in a great location for exploring London and we'll certainly remember our stay.
