From the warm welcome at reception, to the helpful concierges and friendly staff, our stay was exceptional. We really enjoyed the bar and cozy lounges with warm fires glowing. Ideal location close to attractions, many restaurants, pubs, and the Tube. (St. James Park)

The staff were the most attentive and knowledgeable of any of the London hotels we have stayed at over the years.Food was excellent - especially the breakfast spread. Wonderfully cosy library area for relaxing with tea and a good book. Concierges were great characters and very helpful.

We had the best stay at St. Ermin’s. The staff was so friendly, happy and helpful. Denisa at the front desk was very nice. Mate helped us with transportation options for all of our excursions. He convinced us to try the Underground, which we did and loved using it. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We had a Jr. Suite for 3 of us which was very nice, beautifully decorated and super comfortable. We could walk to many places and the Underground was not far at all. I would love to stay again.

A centrally located hotel with quiet rooms on a quiet street close to major attractions within short walking distance or close bus ride. English breakfast is delicious with plenty of options and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this historic hotel to anyone who visits London.
