The Tim Andreas of Banjo design rooms evoke a sense of spaciousness and luxury by using a mix of both naturally inspired and modern materials. The overall effect is an ethereal, yet sensuous experience.

Fantastic stay
Excellent location, comfortable rooms and great breakfast. A really great one night stay. A high light is the lighting in the rooms and black out blinds. Friendly service from Monika at breakfast. Very welcoming for children which make a difference

Room and services
The room was very comfortable, all necessities were available, room service was clean. Fabio and Franko were very kind and helpful, especially when entering and exiting the hotel especially when we left and needed transportation to the airport. Overall great experience, the breakfast buffet was great and had good options on the menu too. The waiters were extremely kind, would definitely book another stay the next time I come to the UK.

Highly enjoyable dining experience
The food was marvellous and very unusual. Everything tasted wonderful apart from the Black Forest desert which was a bit tasteless Manuel was our waiter and could not have been more efficient and considerate a highly enjoyable dining experience on Valentine’s Day!

My go-to hotel in London
Fabulous stay at always - the location ofcourse is the best, and I love the whole style of the hotel but it’s the people who make it the best! Visar who greets you every day in the lobby just starts off a guests day with a happy uplifting feeling! Also no task is too small for him and them! Love the hotel.
