4 of us went for afternoon tea what an absolute treat. The beautiful surroundings of the restaurant brilliant staff who explained everything all about the food and cakes felt like royalty. Out of the 4 of us 1 is nut intolerant and 1 is vegetarian we were both catered for not a problem and both of us had amazing food. We got asked if we’d like more sandwiches we had numerous tea top ups. The cakes were all amazing the scones absolutely beautiful unfortunately we couldn’t eat it all we were asked if we wanted to take the overs away but we were going straight to Heathrow so we couldn’t mind we all said on the plane we should have!! A gem in a small side street, give the ritz a miss this place is only 100 yards away much more personal.

The Stafford has a great location. The staff was wonderful. We had breakfast included which was great. The hotel has that English ambiance. It was the first time in London for my travelling companion and she was very impressed. I can't say enough good thing about our experience there.

We had one night at this beautiful hotel so we could be local for a night at the theatre. The weather was lovely, so lunch was outside in the courtyard. Great selection of wine. Lovely touches in the room. Underfloor heating in the bathroom, heated toilet seat as well! Well stocked mini bar, very good coffee, and the turn down service leaves slippers and a fresh bottle of water by the bedside. The low night light in the bathroom very welcome. We had cocktails in the American Bar before the theatre, a lovely atmosphere in this bar. We didn't have any outside or corridor noise when in the room, it's very peaceful. And the bed and pillows comfy so really helped a good night's sleep. We really enjoyed breakfast too, lots of choice for all food preferences. In a nutshell, this is a lovely hotel. The decor throughout is stunning and to a high spec. The team of people who work here are friendly, professional, and helpful. The service is impeccable. I wish we had longer. We will definitely stay here again.

We had the BEST time staying at the Stafford last week! The hotel is so cozy and inviting plus it has a quiet and secluded courtyard while being in the very center of busy London. The entire hotel is isolated from the city noise and has a wonderful upbeat energy to it. The entire staff that we interacted with were so welcoming and kind. We felt right at home and really hated to leave. The food was also excellent and the drinks over the top. One has to have something to eat and drink in the American Bar. It is a lively place and an unforgettable experience!

I just wish that they wouldn't assume a person's gender based on their names. My name is Lance and I am female. One staff called me sir maybe because he based his assumption on the name (stereotypically male). Maybe next time they could check first the gender of the celebrant and not assume based on the name.

It's all about the staff at The Stafford! My favorite hotel in London and probably in the world! If you can't stay there stop by the bar...not to be missed. Look it up when you're there.

My cousin and I had the most fabulous trip! The Stafford London was the most perfect, wonderful hotel, and we could not be any happier!
The staff was amazing, and yes, please let Alan and Nick know how much they helped us, as this was my very first trip to London!
We so appreciated the perks, and enjoyed the wine in our room!
