Highly Recommend this Hotel!
Very comfortable bed! Nice clean room! Loved the restaurant/Lounge area. Cozy fireplace setting. Very Friendly staff including front desk, hostess, cooks, waiters, and Bartenders. Location next to Westfield Shopping and also Metro stops very convenient! We would definitely stay there again!

Poor treatment or long standing customer
Latest email to The Stratford. No reply as yet. ‘Hello Sara and Ashley I am sad and frustrated to be writing this email. 2 phone calls and 3 emails and you still have my £50 room deposit from nearly 4 weeks ago even though you refunded onto my card at the time. I have since discussed this at length with your staff and you explained the error was on your side. You asked me to provide my bank details over email which I did nearly 2 weeks. I was your first ever guest in Nov 2019 and one of the first people to review the Stratford Hotel on Tripadvisor. I know some of the staff there, stay regularly and have recommended your hotel to countless people. Can you explain to me this appalling customer service, when I can expect to have the money that your company is now illegally witholding. Thank you Michelle’

Fantastic
Friendly, helpful staff. The room was excellent. Clean and comfortable. Very quiet. The food in Kitchen E20 was superb. Great location with easy access to the station. Only stayed one night but wished it was longer. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Wonderful home from home.
My mother and I stayed at this wonderful hotel for her retirement and went to see the ABBA voyage concert. This is one of the finest hotels I have stayed at in some time from the cosy well appointed rooms to the decor and ambiance it was all so comforting and a home from home. The food and service was some of the best I have had and we will be back at some point I am sure, keep up the good work and those standards high!

Abba Voyage 50th trip!!
Lovely rooms, everything you could possibly need. Our meal in the evening was fab. Staff were fantastic. Only negative was the bacon with our breakfast - streaky bacon. We stayed for my 50th birthday celebrations as a group of friends with an Abba package, which was fantastic.
