I have been staying at the Westin for many years now and love everything about it. The Location, the rooms (most comfy beds ever), the Spa, the Gym. But what makes it really special are the level service and the staff members. Max at the reception is exceptional. Very friendly, accommodating each request with great care and professionalism. Giulia is also fantastic. Looking forward to be back!
