Eccleston Square Hotel

This hotel is wonderful, especially for a solo traveller. Not only is the hotel beautiful, it was a warm, welcoming home from home. The amenities are gorgeous! I loved the L'Occitane bathroom products, and the APPLE TV was brilliant. The beds here are the best in London. I had a room with a balcony, it is a small room, but it was so beautiful and I felt very safe and comfortable. The hotel is very calm, I really didn't want to leave. Eccleston Square Hotel is in a great location, I was meeting friends at the Royal Albert Hall - it was only five minutes away in an uber. And the next morning I was took a train to the Lake District from Euston. This hotel is perfectly located. I whole-heartedly recommend this little gem.

This hotel is all style and no substance. The room and use of technology and apps is trying way to hard to be clever but at the expense of usability and guest experience. The Android TV in my room just didn't work and rather than have to get dressed while a receptionist came to my room with a 'special' remote control, I chose just to forego any TV during my stay. The room was clean but cramped and missing simple things like hooks to hang your coat on, a table that you can sit at and work. Why oh why are there enough cushions and strips of spurious fabric on the bed that it is a fight to get in the thing? The management of this hotel needs to think about getting the basics right before trying to make your whole room feel like you are living in the 'App' from hell. If you value comfort, basic human necessities, lights, heating and a TV that just work without faff, then DO NOT STAY HERE.

This was such a dreamy boutique hotel in the such a central location - very accessible to and from Heathrow and a 5 min walk from Victoria station, which gets you everywhere around town. Additionally, you're a 10 min uber rides from most places. Delightful staff, super clean and very modern rooms. Plush mattresses and perfectly serene so you can sleep like a baby. And very reasonably priced, especially for London. My new go-to hotel!

We recently stayed there with my partner for our Xmas night kids free in London and it's such a lovely hotel! I love this area of London and it's so fab to have access to the private square opposite the hotel Very British! The room was not huge, but very modern and we loved all the gadgets such as the massage bed, the electronic curtains and the in-room smart glass bathroom walls. Very chic! I was expected something a bit more traditional, but not at all! The location is modern and the staff was lovely, answering all our questions when needed. A gem in Victoria / Pimlico! Quelle belle surprise!

Disappointed in my stay at this hotel.Fir the price you pay felt they could do better on Amenities. Only paper cups in the room,no spoons,no tea in the room they provide a fridge so fresh milk would be a nice touch but they left 2 UHT pots. It did not have the luxury feel itbshould have for the price. They were very helpful in moving us as the TV did not work so after 3 calls to maintenance they changed our room. Our original room was on 5th floor and the hoover was left outside by the lift and the towel/toilet roll storage cupboard by our room was left open with mops and buckets in the doorway.was just sloppy for a hotel of this calibre.
