A beautiful hotel
This was my second stay at the Kimpton Fitzroy and I loved it as much as the first time. Just walking into the amazing lobby makes you feel you are in for a treat. The staff is warm and friendly. In fact, I mentioned the trip was a 70th birthday gift to myself and they sent a lovely chocolate tart up to my room the first night. I will definitely come here again. I also loved my room (714) which is a solo room although the bed is set up so that the headboard blocks the window. Otherwise, it was a good size and a welcome spot to come back to after a long day walking around.

If you want to have a first class experience at a hotel with a touch of coziness then Kimpton Hotel is the one for you! I had the most enjoyable and luxurious stay and the service provided by Angela and the guest relations team was impeccable. I will definitely be returning as it was the most wonderful stay I have had at a central London hotel!

Great experience.
The bed was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Jack. The cocktails were great and strong. We will 100% be back someday soon. Stunning internal architecture. We had such a great time, thank you very much for such a great stay!!

A Wonderful time
In a few words, Hotel was fantastic and the location on Russell Square was perfect for us. Period. The room was spacious and all the equipment in the room was a very high-quality. If I had to pick one thing that stood out for us was the service. It was truly superb. We have stayed in many hotels over the years and I can honestly say the service at the Kimpton was the best we’ve ever had. All the people serving us were excellent and two stood out in particular, Joseph and Haroon. Next time we visit London, we will stay at the Kimpton for sure. We can recommend it without any hesitation at all.
