I recommend this hotel. It is very well located near Russel Square tube station. It’s a beautiful hotel (both the exterior and the interior of the hotel). The foyer is beautiful. Our room was nice and very clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. Five stars!

The hotel is in q very nice building but the service is below average and what you can expect for what you pay. The room is ultra tiny and got a step to enter in the bathroom which is even smaller with not even the space to seat in the wc with the toilet paper holder blocking your leg. My room was i a first floor facing a wall from the window, what could be call “internal” The hotel got a very nice restaurant but breakfast is not for guest at that place (but it is open for public?) and they offer it is offer in a smaller place with a very basic service plus you got a la carte options but you have to pay an extra to order them (first time I saw that) I was so poor that even I pay for it, I didn’t take it 2 of the nights I stayed. Avoid if more than 1 person is staying in the room From there, not even one detail with the traveller, no service, no nothing. definitely not a luxury hotel at all.

Delightful hotel and quite beautiful. All the facilities gave you such an old world feeling - like an English library! It was a very helpful and friendly staff throughout ! The concierges- Marco and Sean were extremely helpful with their recommendations and reservations as was the front desk staff. Thank you again for our lovely stay!

Where to start?! My wife & I fell in love with this place from the moment we arrived. The staff were very friendly, efficient and welcoming. The Queen room we stayed in was very comfortable, lovely hot shower, comfy bed , robes and slippers were a very nice touch as was the little cake they had provided as it was my 60th birthday ( a big thank you to the guest relations team). We will definitely be returning to this wonderful hotel with it's 1920's style and relaxed atmosphere. They also allow dogs to stay which was a nice touch!

We were a family of 7 attending a wedding at the hotel, our rooms were ready just after 3 when we arrived, check in was very smooth doorman was smiling n greeted us by name We checked in for all the rooms although some of our group were to arrive much later We were all offered a welcome drink which was a cocktail both alcoholic n non alcoholic were available There is a welcome hour in one of the bars from 5-6 pm with a complimentary drink Rooms had all amenities needed some rooms had better view than others Breakfast was absolutely fabulous as was the service, nothing was too much trouble the French waitress on both days(can't remember her name )was really warm & lovely The wedding went really smoothly the rooms were beautiful, food was grand, decor on point We all had a fabulous stay with the best service from all the staff, thank you all for going that extra mile it didn't go unnoticed If in central London would stay here in a heartbeat Thank you to all the staff we had an amazing weekend
