Kimpton Fitzroy London

My partner and I had a wonderful stay here to finish off a longer trip around Europe. We stayed 2 nights and were welcomed by the delightful Jack Powell, from guest services, who made our stay unmatched. He made sure our every need was met and gave us great advice on things to see and do throughout our stay. 10/10

Back for 5 nights at this magnificent property. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to use my Confirmed Suite Upgrade Reward, and was assigned a gorgeous 1-bedroom suite on the 6th floor. It was everything you would expect from a suite, and so much more. The rubber duck family in the bathroom made me smile. And all soft drinks + beer in the fridge are complimentary. Service was impeccable, as usual. The Room Attendant was thorough and perfect every day. Special thanks to her, Carlos at front desk, and Jack the Concierge.

Tomorrow I check out of the wonderful Kimpton Fitzroy. I can’t adequately express what an amazing time my family and I had. We were in town to see my nephew perform. His management company chose the Kimpton Fitzroy and I’ll be eternally grateful. From the moment you enter the hotel, you are met with an elegant setting and superb service. The neighborhood is wonderful and you are in walking distance to museums, theaters, and many of the royal attractions. The hotel is clearly focused on the experience of all of their guests. Rooms are well appointed and immaculate. I took advantage of the concierge service on several occasions, both before I arrived and once I was enjoying my stay. I want to call out Marco for his help arranging for a hair stylist to come to my room. He checked in both before and after to make sure all communication was as I had hoped. He also helped very tired travelers find a nice place to eat on the day of our arrival. I would also like to thank Joseph for his guidance around attending the theater and in arranging appropriate airport travel times in the crazy London traffic. Can’t wait to be back!

Kimpton Fitzroy is one of the most regal and elegant properties in London. The sensually lit lobby scattered with fireplaces and decorated in original marble is the most welcoming start to your stay here. We drank in Parlour and dined in Fitz’s, the food/drinks are unmatched but even more than that the atmosphere is impeccably executed. The guest services attendant Jack P showed us around the hotel with all of its historical quirks, particularly the architectural comparisons to the titanic and the relics which had a sister piece currently still in the wreckage. The rooms are spacious and the a shoutout for the robes, the luxury is unmatched. I particularly loved the amount of amenities available, again a shoutout to Jack who took it in his stride to assist us with everything we forgot to bring with us! Nothing was too much of an ask. It’s a very cool piece of history in London and I will always come back to stay here.

We hadn’t been to London since our honeymoon 46 years ago and the Fitzroy was the perfect place to stay. Great location, the rooms are comfortable and staff exemplary. Angela Kwandahor, the guest relations specialist, heard of our anniversary and surprised us by decorating our room and treating us with a bottle of wine and desserts. That’s the type of personal service and recognition you will receive at the Fitzroy London.
