Excellent stay
A great stay as always at the Kimpton Fitzroy. The location is fantastic, everywhere is walkable from the hotel. The staff are unfailingly helpful, polite and friendly. The beds are comfortable, the rooms a good size and well appointed. I was unaware that the hotel is dog friendly as I've never heard one there before. On one morning this visit I was woken by loud barking from a nearby room. I will ask for a room away from dogs next time. This did not spoil our visit. The breakfast is excellent and again the staff are attentive and friendly. We were greeted by a small but lovely cake when we arrived in celebration of our wedding anniversary. I would definitely recommend.

A Great Stay at The Kimpton Fitzroy
We had a wonderful five night stay at The Kimpton Fitzroy London. This beautiful hotel is centrally located on Russell Square and we found that we could easily walk to many of our chosen restaurants and theatres. The Russell Road tube stop is literally right around the corner and the Hoborn stop (which accesses different lines) is a 15 minute stroll. Our room was small, but more than adequate and the friendliness of the staff more than made up for it. Our reservation included a daily breakfast, which was a very generous buffet -- supplemented (if needed/wanted) by an a la carte menu. We would definitely return to this hotel and want to give a special shout out to Jack who we met on arrival and who shared great knowledge with us. Also, Monica in the dining room (for breakfast) was probably the most efficient person I've ever encountered.

Excellent lunches at the Kimpton Fitzroy!
I have had lunch regularly at Kimpton Fitzroy and have always enjoyed the experience. In particular our usual waiter, Mladen, always provides the highest standards of service in a friendly and professional way. I do not hesitate to recommend the Kimpton Fitzroy.

Fab birthday night!
Stayed the night for my birthday, what a beautiful experience, we even had a amazing breakfast in bed, special thanks to Jack and Rosemary at guest services, they really went above and beyond to make me feel special for my birthday. Would rec 10/10

Wonderful experience at Kimpton
We stayed for a short while at Kimpton, located strategically in the heart of London and close to everything. First of all, the architecture and interior of the hotel was exquisite. The check in experience was nice, and concierge was very helpful (there was a guy with a golden key that helped us the whole time, I forgot his name). The room was spotless, well supported by the room layout and decor. Nothing bad to say about breakfast. We’d also like to thank the hotel for the complimentary upgrade, it made our stay even more comfortable.
