Central London luxury
Went for my 10 year anniversary of meeting my wife. An amazing hotel with great facilities. The pool and spa is fantastic, amazing cocktails from the bar and the staff are all super friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Daphne, who gave us a complimentary upgrade to a suite which topped off an amazing night. Highly recommended!

One of the best hotels in London. The service from the very beginning to the very end was first class. An elegant, modern 5-star hotel. Fantastic rooms. Amazing food. Awesome team. Thank you for making our stay in London a wonderful experience. We will be back!

Great hotel with a very central location
Great central location in Leicester Square. Hotel is very nice inside and staff all very attentive. Room was quite hot and didn't cool down a lot. The electronic & heated toilet seat in the bathroom was a bit unnecessary but I get some people want this sort of stuff.

Great central London stay !
Great location and hotel. Staff super pleasant and they even checked us in early after our morning flight. The room was beautifully decorated and had every thing we needed including binoculars to view the scenery. Very central to tube stations, restaurants and shows.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, and the exclusive residents’ areas were a fantastic bonus, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustle outside. Our room was impeccably appointed, with every detail carefully considered for both comfort and style. If you're looking for a luxury experience with impeccable service and a modern touch, The Londoner is the place to stay. We will absolutely be returning!
