Perfect
Perfect shirt break leading up to leaving up to Christmas short break was what we were required and location was good only stayed for two nights. Everything we could’ve asked for location was good and the hotel was comfortable and the central location.

Finest service in London
Sublime level of service from the moment you enter the door. Feels a million miles away from the hustle and bustle outside. Jameca at the front desk and Rado the doorman provided the warmest welcome we have ever received, outstanding and congratulations to your staff.

Amazing
Absolutely LOVE this hotel. Staff are extremely friendly, breakfast is 10/10. Spotlessly clean everywhere and the spa and pool are to die for, Rooms are very comfortable, feels so luxurious and clam to say it’s in the centre of London. Would 100% recommend,

Won't be staying here again
I have stayed at The Londoner multiple times. Upon arrival, I was given a free drinks voucher to use at the bar (no specification was made at this stage which bar this could be used at). Later that evening, I decided to go down to the bar to work on my laptop, and make use of my free drink. Upon opening my laptop, I was swiflty told laptops are not allowed to be used within the bar. What a ridiculous policy - especially given it was a Monday evening, and I was staying in the hotel on business. I then tried to pay for my drink using the token, and was told it was not applicable to the bar that I was sat in. What? Why issue a drinks token that can't be used in the main bar. Receiption did not specifcy this when I was given the token, although the night manager pointed me to the small print. Won't be staying here again - ridiculous policies and the night bar manager was rude.

Perfect London stay!
We would highly recommend staying at The Londoner! It ticks every box for an unforgettable London getaway! Our suite was absolutely stunning! The views over London were exceptional! We ate at the Whitcomb restaurant in the hotel. The food and service were amazing. Then we indulged in the spa before heading to the theatre. The Londoner kindly gave us two adorable teddy bear's for our twins which they love! We look forward to visiting again soon! Thanks to everyone at The Londoner, especially Cassandra for making our trip the best weekend away!
