The Mayfair Townhouse

The hotel is a small gem in a wonderful location, the rooms are clean, there is a lovely breakfast and the bell staff is exceptional - Nebhi at the door is especially always remembers frequent visitors and is so helpful with bags, taxis, anything!

Thought we would give The Mayfair Townhouse a try after a very good experience this summer at Cliveden, which is also part of the Iconic group. We were not disappointed. Handsome public spaces, modern, well appointed rooms, quiet in the middle of Mayfair. Very nice bar, excellent breakfast. Like Cliveden, the real standout was the staff. Uniformly friendly and helpful. Iconic has cracked the code in training their staff in what hospitality means.

Really lovely spot for a drink with colleagues. Special thank you to Duane, Tom, T and Simon for your service. Very welcoming throughout our drinks evening. Would recommend. Very central location and a good vibe bar. We will be back. Thank you!

Cozy, high end, boutique hotel in a great location. The Mayfair Townhouse was a luxury boutique hotel with well appointed rooms, adequate gym, beautiful bar and nice restaurant. The location was supreme for access to shops, theater, art galleries and easy access for a morning run in the park. The concierge is clueless so do your own work with theater tickets, restaurant reservations and car reservations. Even thought the concierge was not helpful, I would definitely stay again

Lovely hotel and extremely friendly staff, Bari helped me with my luggage and made me feel at ease after a long day travelling. Very central location, comfortable beds, spacious rooms and luxurious feel. I will definitely return on another occasion.
