My first night at The Peninsula London has truly exceeded all expectations. I want to start by extending my heartfelt thanks to Rolf Buehlmann and the entire team for their exceptional attention to detail even before my arrival. One thing I always appreciate about The Peninsula is their dedication to personalized service—asking about your arrival time, preferences, and ensuring everything is tailored perfectly. As a frequent guest of The Peninsula, I’ve always held The Peninsula Istanbul to the highest standard, but today, the London property has set a new benchmark. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Lara Vartanian, the Guest Relations Manager, who personally escorted me to my room after a seamless check-in process. The moment she left, I looked around and was struck by the familiar sense of luxury—this room beautifully echoes the design and sophistication of The Peninsula properties in Shanghai, Istanbul, Hong Kong, and Tokyo. The consistency in excellence across all Peninsula hotels is remarkable, and it’s one of the many reasons I remain a loyal guest. Though I might be checking out tomorrow, I’m already looking forward to returning for another night on the 26th. The Peninsula London has truly made a lasting impression, and I can’t wait to experience it again.

The rooms are extraordinary. Super high tech and very spacious and the bed will make you want to stay the whole time in the room. I loved it and will be back for sure. Its very expensive though. You will never find a better location in London. The lounge at the top is super amazing.

Wow, where do I begin. By far one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a very long time. Stayed in a premier room for 7 nights and it was truly worth every penny. The level of service and attention to detail is by far some of the best. Given that this was my first time ever staying at any Peninsula property, this hotel really left a very positive impression on me. Every hotel that claims to be a Luxury 5 star hotel should be at this level. The room is very spacious, there is a very large dressing room and and very large bathroom with a bidet (which is very hard to find in a London hotel). The bedroom has a sofa and a dinning table for two people. It is the perfect size. The entire hotel staff is very attentive and eager to assist in any way possible. Upon arriving from the airport, I was greeted from the door by a gentleman who took me straight to the room and finished all the checking in process in the room. The whole process took less than 5 mins and my luggage promptly arrived. I had requested for extra pillows, towels, and still water in the room. All was there in the room waiting for me with welcome amentias; fruits, chocolate, flowers, and a hand written letter. The valet staff are very welcoming and learnt my name from the first night and addressed me by name every single morning and offered the house car. I did not try any of the hotel restaurants but did order room service multiple times and everything I ordered was very good. The housekeeping staff were amazing, especially Johanna. The service in the hotel is truly impeccable. I did stay in many 5 star hotels in London but this by far is the best. I can't wait to be back. I wish all hotels who claim to be luxury and 5 stars learn from this.

Fabulous hotel. Fabulous room. Very spacious for London. Good location. Great rooftop bar. Beautiful pool. Lovely courtyard drop off. Visually rewarding. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. What a great addition to the London hotel scene.

We have just returned from an unforgettable mini-moon at The Peninsula London, and it truly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, Marion Castillo and her incredible guest experience team ensured every detail was perfect, going above and beyond to make our stay truly extra special, including upgrading us to an amazing suite with stunning views, allowing us to enjoy the opulent surroundings to the fullest. To make the most of our beautiful room, we opted for room service for all our meals. The food was exceptional, and dining in such luxurious comfort added an extra layer of romance to our getaway. Whilst there we indulged in their exquisite spa and wellness centre as when we first stayed here last year they had not opened yet. Our wait was worth it! The massages were heavenly and the serene ambiance was the perfect escape. The stunning pool was also a highlight, offering a tranquil oasis that added to our relaxation. For us, what really sets The Peninsula London apart is that it is truly dog-friendly. So much attention to detail, bespoke Peninsula bed and bowls, an extensive dog menu, and a full-sized super fluffy towel for muddy paws post-walk. Moreover, dogs can go anywhere in the hotel, accompany you for drinks and dining and be part of the entire stay - other luxury hotels in London claim to be dog friendly but then confine them to the room only which completely defeats the object of being able to bring them along. It's fantastic to see The Peninsula London really leading the way and showing others how it is done! The hotel's opulent atmosphere is simply breathtaking, with every corner radiating luxury. The staff throughout made us feel like valued guests, demonstrating an exceptional level of service that sets this hotel apart. It’s clear that the management fosters a culture of excellence, which was evident in every interaction. We can’t recommend The Peninsula London highly enough! We’re already looking forward to our next visit to enjoy more of the spa and wellness offerings. This hotel truly is a gem, and we are enormously grateful for the unforgettable memories we created during our stay.
