Amazing visit, staff were lovely and apartment as lovely as we remembered from out last visit many years before. We were upgraded to a sea view which was stunning and a bottle of bubbly to celebrate special occasion. Lots of attention to detail amd excpetionally clean. Can't wait to return.

Just checked in last night and the resort looks just as beautiful as before the hurricanes. They even upgraded our room to a beachfront suite and it’s just gorgeous! The staff is amazing and I highly suggest you plan a trip soon! Lots of restaurants opening up around as well!

The resort is lovely and serene with an excellent staff all the way around. Here are the con’s - only one pool and it gets crowded on the weekend even during off season. There is a resort fee and you get charged $25?plus tip for an umbrella on the beach. The lounge chairs do not have cushions. Never had this happen at an upscale resort. We stayed in a two bedroom so we could cook most nights. Refrigerator was not working properly and had to have it replaced second day. The dishwasher was not working and I ended up washing dishes until it was fixed and it still didn’t work well. Shame on the resort for not seeing to it that these things work when you are staying in the most expensive room category. They did upgrade us to ocean view but that was because the building we were booked in wasn’t being used.

Olivia was fabulous. She was on top of our every request. She was very helpful and super friendly. Olivia checked on us periodically throughout the day. She always had a smile on her face, and she always asked if we needed anything. We loved her!!

Jesus helped me thru Dad dying right after I left Longboat Key Club (now 5more losses so pray 4 us) but ALL Cabana young men worked so hard! Romtin put up with my God talk and helped me thru my grief. Romain blessed us soo much! Kyle made things right about a misunderstanding. Both are managerial and customer service oriented men. The pool bartender(forgot his name, but he was awesome)&Julia made us feel cared for, even the bell man when we first checked in was so polite and took care of us! The maids did such a great job.Really nearly every worker there made us want to come back again because of how they made us feel. God bless them all.

Longboat Key Club & Resort without a doubt should be listed as a five-star resort. The staff, location, cuisine and activities all equate to the favorite all time resort at which my family loves to stay. The two-bedroom deluxe unit is outstanding with an unbeatable view. Longboat Key is close to St. Armands Circle so shopping is a fabulous day trip. The new spa at the Key Club is also a nice relaxing day. Tennis, golf and water sports on property, but nothing beats the beautiful white fine sugar sand of the Gulf of Mexico. The evenings bring the best in many gourmet restaurants within close proximity, and most are listed in Wine Spectator. No matter where our family goes in the world, this resort is our all time favorite!
