Service, ambiance and location 10/5
just went for a camphor pop up at the hotel. the staff was THE SWEETEST. big shout out to Robert at Lumiere and Nick at the front. truly the nicest vibes all around. will recommend this hotel to anyone staying in LA. very central to parts of LA which can be difficult to navigate. the remodel is beautiful

If you wanna relax, mingle with good people, enjoy life and just have fun. This is the place to be. Fairmount Century Plaza. Bella,,Kevin , Alex,and Summer. Good people. Best restaurants you could imagine at least 3 to 4 gyms penthouse and suites ,dream come true

Very good staff and food was 10/10 and made me full. The staff will look after you, will remember your face and your preferences on coffees etc which to me is good attention to detail. The spot was clean and tidy and outside area is nice. Would love an ashtray for the outside area though.

Don’t miss Fairmont Gold!
I cannot praise Fairmont Gold enough! Apart from comfort, food and beverages, the staff were fabulous. I had a serious problem which was handled with such professionalism and sympathy and brought to a successful conclusion, which I will never forget. Thank you my namesake, Lucinda, (what a star), Todd, so willing to help and all the others whose names escape me. What a gratifying experience.
