Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel

I had the GREATEST customer service here at Fairmont Century Plaza, stayed in a gold room and all of my interactions were extremely positive. I was greeted by Bella who was warm and friendly. I had the most wonderful interactions with Todd, who was very caring and went above and beyond to make our stay at Fairmont memorable! Additionally, Beatriz and Janeth in the gold lounge were extremely helpful, nice, and always had a smile on their faces. Overall you get a positive happy vibe from the people that are working here. You can tell they really care about you and your experience at the hotel. I travel every month and not an exaggeration but this is my FAVORITE HOTEL IN THE UNITED STATES, I can’t wait to visit again!

I was visiting a friend staying at the Fairmont Century Plaza after the Palisades Fire. I pulled my car up and was waiting for her to come out. I got out to tell the Valet I was just picking someone up- and did not realize I had not put the car in Park. The car took off!!! Freddy ran over, jumped in my car, slammed his foot on the brake, INCHES before my car would have hit the Mercedes waiting at the curb in front of mine. And my car was not rolling, it was going fast!! OMG!! Freddy is a hero and a genius!!!!! Without his very immediate action, there would have been an ugly fender bender and caused undue cost and inconvenience. I am so grateful and want Freddy to get the recognition he deserves!! PS they valet parked my car and my friend drove the rest of the day!!!! Thank you, thank you, for that happy ending. I don’t take it for granted!

The front desk Duty manager Paul Dirienz made our stay truly exceptional. All the staff were also very friendly and accomodating. The lobby was vibrant and the rooms were very nice and comfortable. The room Service food was also quite Good. They have amazing cookies at the Gold lounge.

Much appreciation to Jose, Ty, Rubi, Kevin, Edras, Alex, Bella, Todd, Manuel, Janneth and Beatriz in the Fairmont Gold Lounge. As we’ll concierge crew, valet attendants (Michael, Alex), and Alißon (Spa director), Tony, Elina and entire spa staff as well as providers (Freddy + Ryan). They are all superstars. I would encourage to say hello and meet the dream team!
