Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel

Nice hotel and lovely staff. Stayed for 5 days for a business offsite with a team of 140 people. The hotel and experience were both fantastic. Especially terrific was Deborah Mendez (Conference Services Manager.) Deborah was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to craft an experience like no other. Highly recommended!

I spend several days a week at the Fairmont in the Gold Lounge and the team there never fail to brighten my mornings. Bella is consistently a ray of sunshine greeting me at the door, Kevin has my order memorized and always ready to go, and Kevin is so quick to offer help and a smile. The service is impeccable and I make it a point in my schedule to give myself time there in the mornings. 10/10 recommend getting Gold Lounge access when staying at the Fairmont.

Terrific experience as always. I was in town for a work visit with my wife over Super Bowl Sunday. The hotel hosted a terrific Super Bowl party in their great lobby - projector, gourmet food from both cities, terrific attentive and friendly staff. All amenities are terrific, and a first class gym to work off cheesesteaks and beverages in the morning! The team is first rate, fun, and super considerate and make it a great place to come back to stay. Highly highly recommend! It’s great part of town, walking distance to great restaurants and shopping and easy rides to all Beverly Hills and Santa Monica locations.

GREAT hotel, just something I noticed with rooms and forgot to write until now. I had the double lock on my room (deadbolt) and normally it de-activates the keys from working. I forgot to put on Do Not Disturb, and mini-bar walked right in. Meaning, the double lock didn't work to de-activate the keys. Just a security thing that I noticed. Hotel - great. But that part freaked me partially. I wrote the hotel about this but no one wrote back, so I decided to post here.

What a fantastic experience at this stunning modern hotel! The rooms are beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable, making it a perfect retreat. A special shout-out to Edwin at the front desk—his courtesy and helpfulness truly made my stay memorable. I can't wait to return for another visit!.
