Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel

Todd and his team Bella, Janneth, and Alex are absolutely first class. Friendly people who went above and beyond to meet our needs and ensure our stay was uniquely enjoyable. The culture of the staff is welcoming and elegant giving this location a home-like feel that one couldn’t help but return to.

Last week my family stayed at the Fairmont and had the pleasure of getting to know Todd, who works in the club. He was one of the most incredible, kindest people I’ve ever meet and made us feel incredibly welcome. After checking out, I had some items I needed to leave at the hotel to pick up later and Todd personally handled it all and ensured that I got it all the next week.

I had a great experience here. The service was impeccable, warm and professional! The Fairmont spa was amazing, and the restaurant Lumiere was another highlight. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Their onion soup and steak frites are to die for. The location is also very convenient. Can’t wait to come back!

We became homeless after the Palisades fire on 1/7/25. We’ve now been in the Century Plaza for almost two and a half months. The hotel has been lovely to all the Palisades family who found refuge here. The accommodations are very nice and spacious.The staff is warm and anxious to make our stay pleasurable. They have been especially solicitous of the dozens of dogs who sheltered here with their families—quite a revelation to see such a dog-friendly environment. Staff at registration, housekeeping, the Fairmont Gold lounge and the valet and bell people have been very good. Lumiere, the hotel’s restaurant, is good with lovely people and delicious food. However a larger selection of foods would make it even better. Room service is punctual and the food is good. We expect to be here for several months more as we prepare for a new home in LA. The Century Plaza has been terrific and makes a great intermediate term home.

FCP is an amazing hotel - highly recommend to anyone travelling on either business or pleasure. The staff are incredibly attentive (particularly the staff in the Fairmont Gold lounge). The spa facilities are some of the best I have experienced (although the addition of a hot tub either on the roof or in the spa would be great). Rooms are luxurious and the beds are extremely comfortable.
