Hotel Ziggy Los Angeles

Hotel staff was super accommodating. Front desk made several local food recommendations that hit the spot. Convenient valet. Complimentary coffee in the lobby, with non-dairy options too. Bartenders A+. Pizza Girl pizza was to die for! Excellent if you want a centralized West Hollywood location.

Just a great little spot in a perfect location for Me. Room was spacious and super cute and clean. Lobby and bar are hip and staff v nice! I didn't use the pool but it looked great. Hotel is right next door to 1 Hotel with some great dining and drinking options.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment due to the unacceptable behavior of a waitress. Despite my request, she refused to clean my table, raising her voice and saying, “I’ll be back,” but never returned. Meanwhile, she cleaned other tables and was overly accommodating to male guests, even calling them “sweetheart,” while completely disregarding me. When I complaint to the front desk they asked me to send an email and when I said ok but what about now, he told me oh you can have a coffee from the coffee machine in the highway.

I'm disappointed! Got here at 12am, smell in the room was horrible, AC/Heater works super loud, you can't leave it working all night cuz you can't sleep! Room had no sleepers, for 2ppl they gave us only one robe, no toothbrush/toothpaste.....At 7am cleaning team started work and I heard every fff thing upstairs, downstairs, everywhere, you can't sleep after 7am! Asked the front desk for slippers, answer was " we don't have slippers " same with the toothpaste/toothbrush... Also it is an extra tax for around 52$ on top of your booking fee and taxes that they charge you just after check in! Parking 65$ overnight! Except the location, just doesn't worth it, at all!

Great service (Many, at the front office at night helped us with the check in and with a couple of requests we had, 10/10 for him! Very confortable beds A lot of noice from rooms next door. Not sure if we were unlucky with the guests that stayed there at the same time or if the hotel doesnt have good isolation between rooms! 70 dollars for parking is way to much! Across the street in the inside parking of the mall (8516 W Sunset Blvd Parking) it was 25$ per 24h
