Hotel Ziggy Los Angeles

I'm disappointed! Got here at 12am, smell in the room was horrible, AC/Heater works super loud, you can't leave it working all night cuz you can't sleep! Room had no sleepers, for 2ppl they gave us only one robe, no toothbrush/toothpaste.....At 7am cleaning team started work and I heard every fff thing upstairs, downstairs, everywhere, you can't sleep after 7am! Asked the front desk for slippers, answer was " we don't have slippers " same with the toothpaste/toothbrush... Also it is an extra tax for around 52$ on top of your booking fee and taxes that they charge you just after check in! Parking 65$ overnight! Except the location, just doesn't worth it, at all!

Great service (Many, at the front office at night helped us with the check in and with a couple of requests we had, 10/10 for him! Very confortable beds A lot of noice from rooms next door. Not sure if we were unlucky with the guests that stayed there at the same time or if the hotel doesnt have good isolation between rooms! 70 dollars for parking is way to much! Across the street in the inside parking of the mall (8516 W Sunset Blvd Parking) it was 25$ per 24h

Fun and funky hotel with comfortable rooms, a nice bar, helpful, and a pretty pool. very convenient location on the Sunset strip. Walking distance to West Hollywood shops and restaurants. Overall a very pleasant stay. We even had a Grammy watching party in the lobby bar!

It was a girls trip. We enjoyed the location, room, amenities and staff. The hotel restaurant food was, yum! Jerry, the lead bartender, gave great suggestions on food and sightseeing. We were there for four nights and found ourselves updating him on our daily adventures…it was like coming home to someone that look forward to hearing about your day. The front desk staff was incredibly pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean, nicely decorated and included a walk-in closet. We did so much walking around the city, we skipped the fitness room. We did take a peak into the fitness room and it looked nice. On some of the nights, they had live singing in the lobby, which was nice. The performances were separate from the bar/restaurant area, so if you did not want to be close to the performances, you did not have to be. The room rate can fluctuate, so check the website regularly for the best price. We thought we ended up paying a fair price. The location is convenient and allows for a lot of walking to restaurants, convenient stores, bars, and comedy clubs. We left with that feeling of…if we ever came to town and stayed at another hotel for a different experience, we would at least want to stop by Hotel Ziggy and indulge in the cool atmosphere and accommodating staff. It was just a lovely visit:).

My favorite hotel in Los Angeles. Centrally located, nice comfortable room and a great pool area. And the best staff I've ever encountered in a hotel. From the front desk, to the bar, to the restaurant staff, every single person could not have been nicer. Can't wait for my next trip.
