I had a great time in a really nice corner room with a fabulous view over LA and the other facilities, like the club lounge, the gym, and the awesome rooftop bar, Spire 73. The staff was very attentive and kind, like Samy at check-in, or the concierges.

Very comfortable and nice rooms. Nice sauna and terrace. You can have IHG membership which allows you to lake checkout at 2pm. Lovely people at the luggage service. Super flexible and helpful. Thanks to Gerardo and his teammates at the luggage service.

This is my first time leaving a review, and I’m doing so because of the outstanding service provided by Jeffrey Flores. My stay at the hotel for five nights was fantastic. The property was clean, well-maintained, and created a very comfortable environment. The hotel’s staff was friendly and professional, ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout my visit. However, what truly stood out was Jeffrey. He was incredibly welcoming, always remembering my name and greeting me with a smile. Whenever I needed assistance, Jeffrey went above and beyond to help. His exceptional service made my stay memorable, and it’s because of him that I’m taking the time to write this review. He is an asset to the hotel, and his dedication to guest satisfaction is truly impressive. I would absolutely hire someone like him, and his efforts made this hotel experience truly special.

By far, one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in because we had gotten kicked out. They assumed my friends and I were under 21. They had kicked us out because we “had no key cards,” even though we were waiting for my friend to come with it. They have security guards around the building with walkie-talkies to communicate with one another. $400+ for a night is not worth it for an experience like this.
