InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown

I stayed at this hotel in early June for a conference. The hotel is breathtaking! From reception and check-in on the 70th floor, which has expansive views of the city, to the clean and high-end rooms. It truly was a gem! We had a large group and were able to gather at the pool deck or at the bar on the 70th floor. One wonky thing were all the elevators! We eventually got the hang of which one to take, but it definitely had a learning curve! The location was the least exciting aspect of this hotel. While it is right in downtown LA, as someone who grew up in the area, there wasn’t a lot you could walk to and see. We found ourselves hailing Ubers often and with LA traffic, it took a while to get anywhere. If I found myself needing a hotel in downtown LA again, this would definitely be my first choice!

Recommended from a friend who frequently visits. We now understand why. Starting with the views and exclusivity. To Marcelo getting us for a personable experience. Marcelo treated my Girlfriend like the queen she is and acknowledged her birthday. He is so awesome. His great service is why we Will be back soon.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and comfortable. It had a very beautiful view. And I love the location. If you want to ask me, would I stay again? The answer would be yes. The intercontinental is one of my favorite places to stay while I’m in Los Angeles, California.

The vallet Paulo Alcazar was very helpful and made sure I didnt have to open any doors he was very friendly to me my baby and my boyfriend. I appreciate his attitude it made me have a good attitude and set my tone for the rest of the day. Thr staff at the front was very helpful I appreciate and thank you for that
