Slightly disappointing having stayed at a W elsewhere, just not the same level of quality in the room or the service
Slightly disappointing having stayed at a W elsewhere, just not the same level of quality in the room or the service. Suite very dark (needed all the lights on a bright sunny day), TV and bedside light didn’t work and needed an engineer, wardrobes almost inaccessible behind one of the beds. Also came back one evening to find a pile of dirty laundry in the middle of the floor, forgotten by housekeeping. First-world problems I realise, but if you’re paying first-world prices I expect more.

I had the best time. Cared for by all staff I came in contact with. I treat them as family away from home and they have adopted me as one of their family members. They truly show care love and respect for me during my stay each and every time. Thank you guys you're the best. Shaun, DJ, Will Daniel, Daniel, parking staff cleaning staff, food deliveries so sweet helpful and caring. It starts with the top and goes throughout the Hotel, so greatly appreciate each and everyone of you!!! Merry Christmas and a blessed Happy New Year! See you in January 2025. Garry

Surprise, mother daughter trip to LA
Extremely helpful, and friendly hotel staff, and I really enjoyed the holiday shopping. Also, there was a very friendly bartender at the Holiday Terrace. All in all we are having a wonderful time and would recommend this hotel to friends. Looking forward to returning!

This is my FAVOURITE hotel
This hotel is super nice and well kept. I love the decor. All the staff are incredibly friendly as well! Also the food options within the hotel are amazing. The location is quaint and quiet being pretty close to UCLA but not right by the freeway which is a huge plus

Hey, I really like the drinks. Ana, the drinks are amazing and I really like the drinks . When I tasted it , I was like omg good drinks. When I felt the ambiance it was amazing. The decoration decorates and I like it. Thank you so much. On the way back.
