Timeless Elegance in Los Gatos: A Hidden Mission-Style Gem, Old World Charm
The Los Gatos Hotel is a Gem - Its class Mission-style architecture with stucco walls, red tile barrel roofs, and arched walkways give it that timeless California charm. The landscaping around the hotel is truly special along with the fountains, courtyards and the swimming pool. The Old Mission style architecture is so inviting and the elegant along with the old-Spanish Colonial revival look, especially when it is tucked into a place so inviting and elegant as Los Gatos. Its a place where you want to slow-down, sip a coffee on a bench, and just soak in the beautiful surroundings.

An oasis in the heart of Los Gatos
I stayed with my mom the night before her surgery in Los Gatos and it was very restful and quiet. The pool and hot tub were right outside our door and the views looking out our French door were lovely. They have a continental breakfast that is a nice touch. Very comfortable beds too! I recommmend Telefèric Barcelona for tapas…great happy hour!

could be better
Vacuuming outside a room at 9am that costs $600 for the night is NOT good. Also had to call the front desk for ice as there isn't one in the hotel area. Had a problem with the gas fireplace and nobody around late at night to come by and look at it . The room is very nice, as are the grounds. Staff is friendly

Lack of Appreciation
I've been a visitor since 2009 and feel my loyalty has been unappreciated. My mother lives in a retirement facility and, since my father's passing, I have stayed at Hotel Los Gatos no less than 12 times each year since then. While the beds are fabulous, every stay feels as I've been put in a room that is convenient for staff.

Charming hotel
Location is great - waking distance to all that downtown Los Gatos has to offer. Enjoyed the hot tub. Upgraded to King Suite due to lack of regular King Room we reserved. Nice surprise! Bed, pillow and linens were super comfortable. Bathroom was large and well equipped. 4th time we've stayed here and will stay again.
