Toll House Hotel

My husband and I stayed here for a trip to the bay area to see the San Francisco 49ers. I would highly recommend this hotel and town if you are traveling for a game and want to stay in an affordable central location, which is only 25 minutes from the stadium. Los Gatos is a super cute town with tons of restaurants and shopping, and the Toll House Hotel is right in the downtown area, within walking distance of everything. After a day of traveling, it was great to just drop off the car and go for a walk to explore. Santa Cruz, Monterey, and Carmel are also within an easy driving distance. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. The continental breakfast was pretty limited, but there are several great cafes within a 5-minute walk of the hotel. I would 100% stay here again if we take another trip to the bay area.

Great Customer Service. Entire Staff was Pleasant, Helpful, & Knowledgeable. Comfortable rooms. Excellent Housekeeping Staff. Great location. Downtown Shops & Restuarants easily assessable within walking distance. Very affordable for the location.

Great staff and facility. The location is the best for close walking distance to bars, shopping and restaurants. Hwy access is close as well if wanting to take a quick 20 minute drive to Santa Cruz. I would have given 5 stars if the breakfast was more robust with meat and potato options.

The hotel location is 2 minutes from main street, shops and restaurants. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Nice size room, clean bathroom, but the furniture and the carpet are old. In one of our rooms the safe was broken. Some days the water pressure was too low on the 3rd floor :( Breakfast was mainly bagels, muffins and simple coffee. They also had small yogurts and pineapple juice boxes. The tree beds in front of the hotel were not clean. Overall, was ok but for about the same price there are better hotels close by.

What a nice gem! Rooms are large and well appointed. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location was excellent to downtown Los Gatos shops and restaurants (all a short walk away). Breakfast was lean -only bagels and croissants. Definitely would stay here again!
