Not my favorite choice
The hotel location is 2 minutes from main street, shops and restaurants. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Nice size room, clean bathroom, but the furniture and the carpet are old. In one of our rooms the safe was broken. Some days the water pressure was too low on the 3rd floor :( Breakfast was mainly bagels, muffins and simple coffee. They also had small yogurts and pineapple juice boxes. The tree beds in front of the hotel were not clean. Overall, was ok but for about the same price there are better hotels close by.

Nice hotel with super convenient location
What a nice gem! Rooms are large and well appointed. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location was excellent to downtown Los Gatos shops and restaurants (all a short walk away). Breakfast was lean -only bagels and croissants. Definitely would stay here again!

A charming hotel in a convenient central location
It's a charming hotel in a great location. The staff is friendly. I wish there were a proper restaurant, as we had to go off-site to get food/drinks multiple times. Additionally, there are a few minor cleaning issues (e.g., brown drips on one picture suggest someone spilled coffee). I would stay here again without hesitation despite these minor suggestions for improvement.

Great hotel and location. Would certainly recommend this place to any traveller. It was comfortable and certainly met all our expectations. I have to fill this to 200 characters so am just adding text here to meet the word limit of TripAdvisor, but I really having nothing more to say than what I have already said.

Wish we could stay longer ! Excellent
We came for a wedding . It is an excellent hotel . Bathroom - 2 sinks and 4 towels, 4 clean white towels Rooms - spacious, very, and has a balcony so one can sit and look at the mountains ! Safe - in room Coffee maker - yes , with creamers ! Parking - yes , very easy and complimentary Besides a beautiful, spacious room and coffee and pastries in the morning in the lobby which is a bonus, it is wonderfully located . The hotel is a great place for a weekend getaway in the adorable town of Los Gatos with its Sunday farmers market etc and very lovely shopping .
