straight up a great stay
this is quite a cool location .. walkable and scooters outside ... which i luv to scooter about .. huge lobby ... even a bowling alley in a speak easy .. hard to find bar pretty cool .. it was febuary so maybe the rates were off season .... but it was a good value for me.

Business trip to Louisville Omni
Room was nice. The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. The hotel restaurant "Neighborhood Services" has a great vibe and good food. Bar 922 was great fun to discover and Michael (Bar manager) was awesome. I would stay at the Omni again when I come back to Louisville

Great place to stay!
The lobby was beautiful, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. Staff were always smiling and pleasant. The spa was amazing, the bartender at Pin and Proof was fantastic. The staff and waiter at Neighborhood services restaurant was very pleasant and accommodating for our large group. The food was also amazing. Everything was so nice. It was a great stay.

Great hotel
Very comfortable hotel rooms, great facilities in the room, but also overall in the hotel. Friendly staff, Steve the conciërge is amazing. Just one minor thing. Being in the last room at the far end of the corridor, in the mornings it takes quite a long time to get hot water. We had our conference in the hotel.. facilities also great

Great hotel and location!
We stayed here with a large group. We all enjoyed our rooms, but the pillows we all found to be uncomfortable (bring your own pillow). There were some issues with our bathroom not being cleaned completely, but overall we found it to be a great hotel with a lot of fun features. Several restaurants, shops, and the bowling alley was a hit!
