Great Boutique Hotel with Old World Charm
Great Boutique Hotel and full of Old World charm. About a 10 minute walk to the centre of LP Old Town. The Major from Fawlty Towers would not be out of place here. Room was of a good size and well appointed. Breakfast can be a busy time with limited space if the hotel is full. Toilet could use a separate light for night time visits. Nice to find a boutique hotel that is not all glass and characterless. Definitely recommended.

Love Laos
My Partner and I were fortunate to stay at Villa Maly for a week earlier this month. We were welcomed with a complimentary shoulder massage on arrival. Our spacious and comfortable room nestled in the garden surrounding the pool. All of the staff went beyond to attend to our every need and make us feel at home.The location was perfect. It sits on a quiet street with easy access to the main commercial district ans=d the night market. We look forward to the opportunity to return. Jack W

Wonderful small hotel with colonial charm
Very comfortable and memorable stay in this hotel with very friendly staff, lovely pool area, gardens and nice atmosphere. Great location close to the center and the night market but very quiet. We would definitely stay here if back in Luang Prabang !

A gem of a hotel with classic colonial atmosphere
We spent 3 weeks in Thailand and Laos. The Villa Maly was the best hotel we stayed in overall in terms service and room comfort. Peaceful location but only a short hop to the centre of town. Enjoyed the free hotel shuttle service. Staff were all incredibly helpful (particularly Sou) especially when we had a few ongoing travel problems to sort out. Breakfast selection excellent including the best poached eggs I’d had in a long time. Thanks to you all

Everything was fantastic!
We stayed at Villa Maly for 3 nights and it has been a wonderful stay. We loved everything, from the comfortable rooms to the cozy lobby, from the beautiful swimming-pool to the delicious breakfast, as well as the great bar with amazing cocktails! All the team was so nice and friendly and they have made our stay an unforgettable memory. We definitely recommend Villa Maly for your stay in Luang Prabang.
