Four Seasons Hotel Macau, Cotai Strip

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by friendly check in staff Chester who led us to our room with a view of the Effiel tower, who noticed our family size and offered us a connecting room. My 6 years old was provided with her own amenities and was very happy with a kids bathrobe. The room was immaculate and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we had a very good night sleep. The location of the hotel was excellent and we link to Venetian and Parisian. The turndown service was a pleasant surprise where we received a couple plates of beautiful desserts from Chester from checkin desk and Martha from reservation who asked me about my room preference before arrival. The whole experience was exceptional and I want to stay at four seasons again next time we visit Macau .

We stayed at many different hotels in Macau so we decided to try Four Seasons this family trip. Front desk manager Jovy, helped us with our check in. We were already amazed by her service and doing above and beyond for us at check in. She even arranged lovely gifts for our girls. Rooms are extremely spacious compared to other hotels and are definitely above expectations. Service and quality at Four Seasons Macau Cotai was amazing and it was a fantastic experience. Our family had a wonderful stay and our kids already said they want to stay at Four Seasons again next time we travel to Macau. We want to especially thank Jovy again for her help . Thank you so much for making our trip perfect.

One of my best vacation stay in Macao in 2024 especially during the Christmas Season. Stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Macao from Dec 22 to Dec 23, and it was an exceptional experience! A special compliment to Ms. Jovy at the concierge, who went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process. She was professional and friendly, introduced me to some of the key attractions in Macao, and sweet birthday blessing, which added a warm personal touch to my first stay at Four Seasons. The Premier room was spacious and perfect for casual chat with friends and some casual business stuff. The facilities were modern and up to standard—able to connect my iPhone to the TV screen. Room service was equally impressive, with prompt responses for beverage and commodity request. The hotel lobby was warm and inviting, the beautifully tall and peaceful Christmas tree had added to the festive vibe. The location of the hotel is another big plus—it's conveniently situated near Four Seasons shopping malls as well as Parisian and Venetian casinos, was easy to explore around. Overall, my stay at Four Seasons Hotel Macao was wonderful. Excellent service, comfortable room, and convenient location made a memorable visit. For the future stay in Four Seasons, the restaurants and swimming pools would definitely be on my wish list! Highly recommend Four Seasons for anyone visiting Macao!

It was an unbelievable experience! From the first until the last minute everything was fantastic! It’s definitely one of the BEST hotels we have ever been even though we traveled a lot. I want to mention Noemie - a manager of guests relationship. She’s wonderful! She met us when we were checking in, provided us with an excellent service and gave us an upgrade with an Eiffel Tower view! Also Noemie gifted us a free 30 mins massage in an amazing spa and sent sweets to our room! We were absolutely amazed by her attitude and everything she did for us! She made our staying in this hotel one of the best experiences during our trip and we will DEFINITELY come back to this hotel and I hope to meet Noemie again. Thank you so much Noemie! We highly appreciate and enjoyed our vacation in Four Seasons Macao!

My family travels frequently and tends to utilize Amex FHR at all times. It is, however, our first stay at Four Seasons. The only reason why we never stayed at Four Seasons is they didn't have a loyalty program which we are so accustomed to. That was really a mistake on our part. The way we were treated at Four Seasons were better than any loyalty membership at other hotel chains, including GHA Discovery Titanium. At this hotel, we were treated like VIPs at an elite level......simply amazing! I flew to China from the US to celebrate my uncle's 80th birthday and his 50th wedding anniversary. They live in China. It is a huge life milestone so I made this trip just for this purpose. Towards the end of my trip, we went to Macao to continue the celebration. Three rooms were booked. I communicated with the hotel via email about the trip and arrangements. Responses were prompt and clear. Upon arrival, all FHR benefits were honored including the room upgrades. One of the rooms even had a front row view to the Parisian Tower. Noemie checked us in at the front desk. She is simply the most wonderful host in all our years of travel - and that says A LOT! She is a well traveled person and speaks 5 languages fluently. Her attention to detail is comprehensive. She is one of the most empathetic person you will ever meet. Most importantly, she sets a whole new standard in providing hospitality! After check-in, Noemie asked what our plans are and we said we are going to go to Ruins of St. Paul. She offered to walk us to the valet and help us get a 6 passenger taxi. She worked with the valet to get a taxi but they are unable to get us a big taxi and asked whether it's ok to get two small taxis. We said of course that is okay. In the meanwhile, Noemie went and got us all bottled water for our trip. How thoughtful! We were waiting for about 5 minutes while the valet folks are trying to get the taxis. I think they were struggling to get a taxi due to no availability. Noemie then decided the wait was too long and she asked the hotel luxury van (Toyota Alphard) to take us there. It was complimentary. Three very important takeaways here. First, it was not anyone's fault there are no taxis available at the time. We certainly could not have gotten the taxis ourselves. Second, as a middle aged person, it did not occur to me that my 80 year old uncle and aunt are already worn out from hours of travel to get to Macao that day. This is where Noemie sensed this. Lastly, Noemie took it upon herself and stepped in and offered a solution that is way beyond the call of duty. We are very grateful and appreciative for the thoughtfulness. And this is just one example of many considerate things she did during our stay. The staff and service were amazing throughout our stay. The rooms were big, nice, and clean. They had a nice setup with balloons, decorations, fruits and macaroons to celebrate my uncle's 80th birthday and 50th wedding anniversary. Later that night, they also sent cards, Chinese longevity buns, mini cake and chocolate to my uncle's room. The attention to detail is amazing as the birthday card and happy anniversary card were written in Chinese personally addressed to my uncle and aunt. Just those two cards alone made them so happy. They kept them as keep sakes as was the most memorable part of the celebration. Huge thanks to the hotel for doing that. They will remember this trip forever. Another honorable mention is Roland at Ohte Ramen. His attention to detail and service is next level. He checked up on us frequently and we chatted quite a bit. He asked whether we were there to celebrate anything. Upon learning why we were there, he brought us dessert and champagne for my uncle and aunt. He also had the whole staff bring it out and sing happy birthday. The surprised and happy look on my uncle and aunt's faces was priceless. Lastly, upon checkout, Noemie gave me two small stuff animals and a pouch for my teenage kids as I mentioned my wife and kids were unable to make this trip with me. These parting trinkets really solidify my unforgettable memories I had during this trip and celebration. Thank you thank you thank you!
