Good, old school service. After lately visiting new, modern boutiques and hotels it was a wonderful experience to feel warm, absolutely perfect hospitality! Even that we stayed for one night or when had just tea at the restaurant- we enjoyed the maximum possible comfort, service and welcoming! Always smiling and professional staff made our stay memorable

We recently stayed at Four Seasons Macau and was very much impressed by their outstanding service. Due to work commitments, we arrived to the hotel very late in the evening, but the hotel had already prepared our room and even prepared two adorable plush toys for our daughters ~ a gesture that truly touched my heart. The team went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Special thanks to the Hotel Manager, Daphne from Executive office for her personalised welcome card. It added a warm and personal touch to our stay. Additionally, Front desk Manager Jove and VP Victoria provided attentive service that made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Having experienced many hotels in Macau, I can confidently say that the staff at Four Seasons deliver service that exceeds expectations. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay unforgettable. I will definitely recommend Four Seasons Macau to all my friends and family. It is a true benchmark of luxury and warmth.

Service was like a typical four seasons .very good ,including concierge .the problem is in food . Specially the vegetarian food was not palatable .we had dinner on the first day ,the experience was so poor that we only ate in other hotels . Beside food every thing else is good .i recommend that they need to add variety of vegetarian dishes

I’m still staying here, so technically, they could still mess it up—but I feel compelled to write this review because, frankly, this hotel is ridiculous. Ridiculously good. Ridiculously well-run. And, most shockingly, ridiculously hospitable in a way that actually feels sincere. The staff? Unreasonably welcoming. You can tell they’re not just trained to smile on cue—they actually take pride in their work. And they should, because they have mastered that delicate art of being helpful without being intrusive. The kind of people who offer recommendations you actually want, rather than reciting a list of attractions that were last exciting in 1997. Now, when a hotel aims this high, it gets you thinking: If I were to tweak anything, what would it be? Since they clearly aspire to perfection, I’ll indulge in some (very optional) nitpicking: 1. As a rather large, tall man, it would be a delight if, upon my arrival, the slippers and bathrobe were sized accordingly—a minor detail, but the sort of thing that takes a great experience and makes it otherworldly. 2. A few of the water bottles strategically placed in the bathroom would be a nice touch. Again, none of this detracts from the experience, but since they seem to be chasing the elusive concept of “unreasonable hospitality,” these are small tweaks that could elevate them into the stratosphere. As for the room? Glorious. Spacious, elegant, and designed with a level of care that suggests someone actually thought about how people live in a space—not just how a room photographs well in brochures. Having worked in one of Denmark’s finest hotels, I know the sheer effort it takes to pull this off. 10 out of 10. Would recommend. A true pillar of luxury hospitality. If all hotels were like this, we’d never need to go home.

I have been to around 100 hotels around Asia during my 20 years living in HK. The Macau Four Seasons is my Number 1. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are superb and the food and drink is exquisite. However, what makes the difference is the staff. The guest relations manager Ken is amazing, friendly and professional. All the other staff are so friendly and polite and do their jobs skilfully. My wife is disabled and their help and extra attention were truly appreciated. Thank you M4S!
