My family travels frequently and tends to utilize Amex FHR at all times. It is, however, our first stay at Four Seasons. The only reason why we never stayed at Four Seasons is they didn't have a loyalty program which we are so accustomed to. That was really a mistake on our part. The way we were treated at Four Seasons were better than any loyalty membership at other hotel chains, including GHA Discovery Titanium. At this hotel, we were treated like VIPs at an elite level......simply amazing! I flew to China from the US to celebrate my uncle's 80th birthday and his 50th wedding anniversary. They live in China. It is a huge life milestone so I made this trip just for this purpose. Towards the end of my trip, we went to Macao to continue the celebration. Three rooms were booked. I communicated with the hotel via email about the trip and arrangements. Responses were prompt and clear. Upon arrival, all FHR benefits were honored including the room upgrades. One of the rooms even had a front row view to the Parisian Tower. Noemie checked us in at the front desk. She is simply the most wonderful host in all our years of travel - and that says A LOT! She is a well traveled person and speaks 5 languages fluently. Her attention to detail is comprehensive. She is one of the most empathetic person you will ever meet. Most importantly, she sets a whole new standard in providing hospitality! After check-in, Noemie asked what our plans are and we said we are going to go to Ruins of St. Paul. She offered to walk us to the valet and help us get a 6 passenger taxi. She worked with the valet to get a taxi but they are unable to get us a big taxi and asked whether it's ok to get two small taxis. We said of course that is okay. In the meanwhile, Noemie went and got us all bottled water for our trip. How thoughtful! We were waiting for about 5 minutes while the valet folks are trying to get the taxis. I think they were struggling to get a taxi due to no availability. Noemie then decided the wait was too long and she asked the hotel luxury van (Toyota Alphard) to take us there. It was complimentary. Three very important takeaways here. First, it was not anyone's fault there are no taxis available at the time. We certainly could not have gotten the taxis ourselves. Second, as a middle aged person, it did not occur to me that my 80 year old uncle and aunt are already worn out from hours of travel to get to Macao that day. This is where Noemie sensed this. Lastly, Noemie took it upon herself and stepped in and offered a solution that is way beyond the call of duty. We are very grateful and appreciative for the thoughtfulness. And this is just one example of many considerate things she did during our stay. The staff and service were amazing throughout our stay. The rooms were big, nice, and clean. They had a nice setup with balloons, decorations, fruits and macaroons to celebrate my uncle's 80th birthday and 50th wedding anniversary. Later that night, they also sent cards, Chinese longevity buns, mini cake and chocolate to my uncle's room. The attention to detail is amazing as the birthday card and happy anniversary card were written in Chinese personally addressed to my uncle and aunt. Just those two cards alone made them so happy. They kept them as keep sakes as was the most memorable part of the celebration. Huge thanks to the hotel for doing that. They will remember this trip forever. Another honorable mention is Roland at Ohte Ramen. His attention to detail and service is next level. He checked up on us frequently and we chatted quite a bit. He asked whether we were there to celebrate anything. Upon learning why we were there, he brought us dessert and champagne for my uncle and aunt. He also had the whole staff bring it out and sing happy birthday. The surprised and happy look on my uncle and aunt's faces was priceless. Lastly, upon checkout, Noemie gave me two small stuff animals and a pouch for my teenage kids as I mentioned my wife and kids were unable to make this trip with me. These parting trinkets really solidify my unforgettable memories I had during this trip and celebration. Thank you thank you thank you!

I want to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience at the hotel. We received a room upgrade, and during check-in, Nana and the other front desk staff were incredibly friendly. They provided great suggestions for exploring nearby areas, which was helpful since we hadn't planned our itinerary. Nana showed us to our room and introduced us to various hotel facilities, making us feel very welcomed. Though the room wasn't large, it reflected the Four Seasons brand's elegance and quality. We were also given a dining credit, which we used to enjoy the hotel's buffet dinner. The overall experience was excellent. Breakfast offered a wide range of options, ensuring there was something for everyone. I look forward to staying here again when the opportunity arises.

Our experience at the Four Seasons Macau was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it felt as if we were the sole guests in the entire hotel—a truly remarkable feeling! The service surpassed all expectations, with every detail meticulously attended to. From thoughtful gifts for my daughter to complimentary iced water and snacks by the pool, and even their proactive assistance in planning our return trip to Hong Kong, including booking ferry tickets and more! I must give a special shout out to Chester, Billy, and Ria for their outstanding hospitality and care.

This is the most hospitable hotel I have ever stayed in Macau. I enjoyed the smoothest check-in process ever. Kane from FO provided professional service and served us with her genuine heart. She performed the rooming with great sense of knowledge and confidence. She surprised us with a little courtesy and hand-written card when we checked out. I would love to stay here again, with the hospitality from Four Seasons Hotel!

The hotel's location is pretty good to me, away from annoying casinos. In particular would like to say a tremendous thank you to Ken Chao and Jenice. Their warm welcome really impressed me and the whole check in and room tour process was very smooth. Highly recommend this hotel.
