I would like to special thank you for all staff who are willing to give us a great experience in this beautiful hotel. I did forgot my special cleansing cream . Nuy (Siwaporn had contact me and sent to my home town) which I’m so happy and appreciate. Club lounge staff (Stefanie , John) are very helpful and friendly. Can’t even write enough to say about them how great jobs are in this hotel. Let’s come to try the best hotel.

Journey of Paradise in Ritz Carlton Macau: The forty-eight hours of my short passage were filled with a series of wonderful surprises: the sumptuous hotel/room architecture, the warm welcome atmosphere, the amazing foods (breakfast/lunch/tea break/dinner/dessert with cocktail), the successive gifts including Champaign and birthday cakes for my mother, and above all the Ritz Carlton team, so professional and radiant with the spirit of service, really impressed me! I was more than delighted with spending this unprecedentedly extraordinary period which stands top among all of my experiences in prestigious hotel brandings of five continents! A special thanks to Ms. Melanie SUWANNAIST and Ms. Stephanie XIAO who provided us the first class top service! My mother and me are also so thankful towards Bee, Bella, Constance, Phoebe and other gentlemen and ladies whose names I couldn't remember with some regrets, for their outstanding services as well as their most beautiful smiles! Once again I’m fully convinced that Ritz Carlton Macau will now become my first choice for future journey in Macau, and at the same time I can't help myself from recommending Ritz Carlton Macau to everyone around me as one of the most fantastic hotels in the whole world !

Myself along with my wife stayed 3 nights in Ritz Carlton , I already stayed here for several times . Every stay gives us wonderful experience because of staff Mr Arun and G M and other team members they takes care of us just like there own family members. Myself and my wife feels excellent property with excellent staff gives us excellent lifetime memories.

Excellent every food presentation, meticulous service, luxury room. Japanese stuff Mr Asakura had responded to every problem we had. Thank you! We will stay again.

I have been in many 5* hotels but I have never experienced such a high level of personalization and attention to detail. From arriving to the hotel, from changing lifts to go to our room, staff were always discretly paying attention to help whenever we required. It was an incredible level of service. All the staff were amazing and extremely helpful, still I would like to thank Faye Ye in particular for her professionalism. Breakfast was amazing and set in a quiet room away from the bustle of tour groups and gamblers. Still food was impressive. Restaurants at the hotel are incredible with a special spot for the Chinese restaurant Lai Heen.
