Sumaq offered a much needed respite after 'roughing' it for a few days in Sacred Valley. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff and people went above and beyond in service, especially Ana, Arturo and crew. Rooms are super clean, comfortable, with all modern amenities. Comfy beds, pillows, robes, and wonderful water pressure/hot showers. Highly recommend! They carried my bags to and from train station and helped with every ask.

Sumaq hotel was our most favorite hotel during our vacation to several countries in South America. Our room was stylish, clean, spacious and facing the river. The service was top notch. I was sick during my trip and I am forever grateful to Ana who arranged for the doctors to see me at the hotel and for Wilbert the young waiter who brought me tea and honey since he saw me coughing. Thank you for kindness. I got better and you saved my trip.

We had a very comfortable room which faces the Vilcanotq River - a raging torrent at this time of year. A warm welcome. And a Very nice breakfast. But the special dinner n a 20 person dining toon on the second floor was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Wow!
