Taj Madikeri Resort & Spa, Coorg

I have visited many taj properties and all are giving good welcome. But not a good welcome in taj madikeri Disappointed. I would not recommend this taj property at all. If u want to visit. Taj property must visit taj mahal palace mumbai.very good property and atmosphere

Terrific welcome, beautiful property, amazing views, prompt service and a very hospitable staff made us feel loved. One of our warmest stays ever at a hotel. Rebita Singha went out of her way multiple times to ensure we were at our most comfortable self while feeling cared for at all times. Sadhya provided us with the best check-in and checkout experience. Thanks to you both.

The staff was very nice and helpful: We did not like the room we were given since it had lot of steps and not open space : they accommodated us and upgraded to a more open space room; Food , the spa was great: the lobby is very unique and beautiful: Would recommend to any one to come : plan to advice our kids to visit; One suggestion; not sure why this Taj insisted to pay for our stay at check in time, not at check out like any other hotel including Every Taj we have stayed in the world: it takes away the flexibility to pay in rupees at check out time.

We stayed for 5 nights in January. Was an absolute delight for the family. Service staring right from our arrival to check out was outstanding. We noticed overall staff ensured to deliver across every request we made. Not on a single instance any request was denied. Upon check-in initially we weren’t quite happy with the villa we were allocated as the views were obstructed with lots of trees. Not that we expected to have an outcome but Rebita from management team instantly relocated us to another villa where all of us were happy with her gesture. We later found out that hotel was running full occupancy that day and Rebita inspite of all the action during a busy check-in went over and beyond just to ensure the family wasn’t inconvenienced in any way or form. Not only that, throughout our stay for all 5 days she made a point to check upon us start of every day how we were going, recommended us what we could do as a family that day, where we could explore to make the most of that location and so on. Well done Rebita! You truly appreciate your efforts in making this one of an experience. Every staff member be it at breakfast, room service, restaurants, nature walks, lobby service, buggy drivers went an extra mile to deliver their absolute best! I would highly recommend every family / couple to choose this as a venue if planning to visit any Taj location!!
