Everything was taken care by the staff. The upgrades, first aid, meal suggestions and the beautiful host Miss Rebita Singha. She is a star. There are few more people I would like to extend my thanks to: Soumyaranjan at Ferntree . Such a warm and genuine person. Laxita: always spot on with the service. Taking good care of the guests. Another sweet person at Ferntree who took care of the cake orders and so nicely wished us on our anniversary. I forgot to note her name. One buggy ride anna: An example I would like to share where he went out of the way and called the muddy boots POC so that they can accommodate us for the kayaking. I am sorry I forgot to ask your name. The housekeeping persons: Very amicable and highly diligent.

The property is amazing. I'm glad such a property exists in my home town. We spent 2 nights and 3 days here and got to see the entire property. I look forward to being back. My wife loved the spa. It was a tiring drive from Bengaluru to Taj Madikeri. But as soon as I stepped down and saw the view from the lobby, took away all my tiredness. WHat a view. The checkin was smooth. Unlike other properties, it was take care of by team while you sip on the wonderful coffee. The premium villa view was the best, The food was amazing all throughout the stay and so was the service. The set menu at the Grill shouldnt be missed and so shouldnt be an experience in the wellness spa. Gudda bath is something which you should try. I couldnt but probably a next time thing. The only sore point was that there arent any emergency medicines available and nearest pharmacy is a 25 mins drive Dont say it for enough properties but cant wait to be back.

Excellent hotel with courteous staff, spacious rooms, very good food and cool weather. All teams are professional and take care of the requirements of the guests. The buffet breakfast is very good. all restaurants server excellent tasty food.

Initially, I had some problems with the resort but Ginil the front office manager and the GM Mr Vikas Kumar took such good care of me and were extremely mindful of my suggestions to improve the guest experience and the property that I changed my mind. Not everything is perfect but when you visit a Taj property the people working with the Taj make sure to make it perfect for you. It’s the best of Indian hospitality “athiti dev ho bhava” Taj literally make it happen for you.
