Excellent hotel, in a privileged location, with very good services, nice rooms, internet with very good service throughout the hotel, the beds very comfortable, the servibar with good products, and very affordable prices, I will return to that hotel on my next trip

Great boutique hotel
Great hotel with excellent service in a central location. Staff was especially friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Lobby bar had a nice atmosphere. Only complaint is there is not enough light in the room so it’s not ideal if you need to get work done or when you’re getting dressed/packing.

BLESS Hotel Madrid offers an experience like no other. Everything was perfect! From the moment we walked in the Staff, Guest Services, Management and everyone we interacted with at the hotel made us feel right at home. The attention to every detail made us feel very special. Excellent service all throughout the hotel. The suite was very clean, very spacious and very well appointed. Carlos, guest experience manager is always committed to go the extra mile to ensure guests enjoy an elevated experience. The BLESS Hotel is also located in the highly desirable Salamanca neighborhood. Best of Madrid!! Fine-dining, designer boutiques/best shopping, museums and so much more at your fingertips. Can't wait to return to Madrid and the BLESS Hotel!

Excellent all around. Personnel is very professional, courteous and friendly. Location is excellent in a very accessible street to shopping yet peaceful. Rooms were good size. Products used were first class. Restaurant was very good. Breakfast with wide selection. Concierge very helpful. Check in process very easy. Laundry service very good.

The hotel is located in the most beautiful and luxurious area of Madrid. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is spectacular and the service is excellent. Also you can find the best shops and restaurants within walking distance.
