Spectacular hotel and experience
My family and I had a wonderful visit. The hotel is elegant but not stuffy, and the staff are terrific. The rooftop has wonderful views and is great for coffee, cocktails and dinner. The lobby area is also great place to visit and relax. Also special shoutout to the concierge team. They secured museum tickets and made excellent restaurant recommendations. It may be our favorite hotel experience ever.

Best Guest Experience Department
There are many good things about this hotel including its location, cleanliness, restaurants, nice staff and many more. But my experience in this hotel is different which made me to thank its management and also Guest Experience Department specifically Cristina and Lidia. We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and on November 8th we left to Istanbul to spend several days there. The day after we arrived in Istanbul I realized that I left one of my Hermes bags in our room at the hotel. I was so disappointed but called the hotel and put the Massage for Guest service and unbelievably they answered me that they found my bag🥹. Also they told me that they can keep it for 2 months or arrange with a shipping company to send it to me. I’m a frequent traveler all over the world and absolutely It was one of my best experiences. One more time I want to thank Bless hotel management and staff, specifically dear Cristina and Lidia at Guest experience department.

Lovely stay in the heart of Madrid
Excellent service, from check-in, to valet/bell staff, to housekeeping, and checkout. This is great location for accessing great restaurants and shops. Beautiful accommodations with extraordinary amenities. Wish I could have stayed longer than one night!

Excellent hotel - a soundproof stay.
Excellent location. We had a room facing the entrance street. Very, very soundproof. Nice and friendly staff. The light in the restaurant could be adjusted especially in the evening. Otherwise a very good hotel experience and we will return! Carl C

I loved this hotel
This is a beautiful hotel with great service. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are spotless and well-appointed. The rooftop restaurant is lovely and has a beautiful view. It is located in a nice area. A great experience on all levels.
