I always stay at Bless when I visit Madrid. The location is PERFECT, it's good for families and as a solo traveller and honestly the staff are excellent and they make the whole experience great. I have to say I'm quite sad that the bar in the middle of the lobby is gone as that was a quite unique touch.

I had an amazing stay at the Bless Hotel in Madrid! The facilities are beautiful, super modern, and really well taken care of – everything felt so comfortable. The staff was honestly the best part. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed and making me feel super welcome.

Bless Hotel in Madrid is amazing ..The room was beautiful, service was amazing & the breakfast was great. Definitely was a 5 star experience..Also the Salamanca area of Madrid is the best.. We will definitely return and advise our friends to stay at Bless Hotel.

Amazing hotel. One of the best I've stayed in Madrid - and I ve stayed in many hotels including Villa Magna ... The service of the staff is amazing especially at reception on checking and checkout. The 2 ladies that served us (3 rooms) Ms. Andrea and Ms. Francesca where so helpful and went out of their way to assist in every detail. Thank you for an amazing time spent at this beautiful hotel which I shall make the first choice during my many trips to Madrid. Just wondering if we can do a corporate deal with my company. Beware of Booking Here

I highly advise against booking this hotel as they stole $1,885 from me. I have tried every method to reach out to them for support in the event there was an error or misunderstanding on their end, and they have blatantly ignored my emails for months. For context, I booked a reservation, and cancelled the reservation in proper notice. Turns out there was an error and I had two reservations. I did my due diligence ahead of time to email and ask if there were any other reservations in my name and they said no (which I have documentation of) Yet they charged me for my stay regardless. Since charging me, they have been unresponsive despite my months and months of outreach asking for a refund/to rectify this wrongful charge. I hope no one experiences what I experienced and the best way to avoid this is by not booking with them. Don't take the risk.
