Incredible Stay! Unbeatable Service Everything was more than we could have imagined. The staff really made our stay special. Very friendly and attentive. Food at the restaurants is very good. Nice quiet hotel in the heart of Madrid. My husband said it was “hands down” the best hotel experience he has ever had.

I'm so ashamed to be posting 6 months after our stay, but the benefit is that our amazing stay hasn't left our minds. We stayed as a family with teens for 3 nights this past June and Four Seasons Madrid is one of our top hotels that we've ever stayed in and perhaps, the top. We have stayed at Waldorfs, Ritzs, Rosewoods, Fairmonts, LHCs and various independent high quality hotels; all of whom are lovely. But Four Seasons Madrid was truly special. It is gorgeously designed and a great location. The beds were clean and comfortable. Everything was immaculate. They couldn't have been kinder to us Americans. While my teenage daughter fits in perfectly with style and class, I'm not so hip and lean more to comfort clothes, no makeup, and no flash and their treatment to each one of us was spectacular. Maybe any negative reviews are the result of ones behavior to others because we were only treated as royalty. Who to thank? I always regret forgetting names, but we remember a few. First impressions... the doormen. Just fabulous (Dani is one who was all smiles and courtesy all the time). The concierge! With people who have obtained clef d'or I learned the lengths they go to assist us. Jose, Giovanni, and Raul among others. We had waited for years to get an art piece and knew we wanted one from Spain for an empty wall. They set us up with a gallery, but it was a bit more modern for my taste so they kept working and sent us to a different gallery where we bought 2 pieces! They now hang on 2 different walls in our home. Unfortunately, there was also a young gentleman who was working over the summer and he was such a delight, but I utterly forgot his name! I'm so sorry. He was a pleasure and we enjoyed talking to him each day. He even wrote us a letter upon departure. We desperately hope to revisit one day and would stay nowhere but here. Thank you !

This was recommended by Blaise Montandon, GM of Four Seasons KL. What an exceptional hotel and spectacular stay. Like the Four Seasons KL the staff is what makes the hotel. From the bell desk (Daniel is the go to man) to the concierge (Juan, Joel, Raul plus more) to Luisa the Guest Experience AM, the staff here go above and beyond. It has been an absolute pleasure to stay here. Highly highly recommended. We stayed here for our landmark wedding anniversary and everything FS Madrid did from Anniversary pillows, bubbly, personal gifts and touches and the bespoke Christmas dessert cannot be described in words. Branka the FB manager and the restaurant staff, so attentive, courteous and warm. Fabulous breakfast. The rooms are well appointed, plush and so private. Amenities and toiletries are fantastic (love the body wash). Set in an old bank and refurbished to the highest standard, this is the place to stay in Madrid. The location is in the heart of everything that is Madrid. So close to all the landmarks. Our stay here was quite magical. Well done FS Madrid!

A beautiful building, with paintings at each corner , very comfortable bedrooms, and a perfect service! Also a great location, at a walking distance from the shopping streets, the teatro real and the Prado. Nothing to complain of except that in our bedroom (room 677) we could hardly get any natural light in
