In the very heart of the capital – within walking distance of all the key attractions – seven historical buildings have been transformed into one dynamic destination. With rooftop dining by Spanish celebrity chef Dani García, a four-level spa and a sun-splashed pool terrace, Four Seasons is bringing a new level of luxury and service to Madrid.

A beautiful building, with paintings at each corner , very comfortable bedrooms, and a perfect service! Also a great location, at a walking distance from the shopping streets, the teatro real and the Prado. Nothing to complain of except that in our bedroom (room 677) we could hardly get any natural light in

Four Seasons Madrid is extremely impressive. From the moment you walk into the hotel you are greeted by staff that go above and beyond. The building is gorgeous and in a great location. I highly recommend staying here to anyone traveling on business or vacation.

As Americans spending some time in Madrid, we were offended and disappointed by a hotel chain that has always surprised us with its extreme customer service in every corner of the world: Four Seasons. This weekend, taking advantage of the fact that we were passing by the Four Seasons Hotel in Madrid, we decided to go in and have a coffee. From the beginning we felt unwelcome: - They took a long time to serve us, we had to call someone to come and get us. - The waiter came and the first thing he asked us was the room number of the hotel, we told him we were not staying there and he quickly changed his attitude. - He brought us the American coffee and tea we had ordered. It was to be expected that because of the place (and the price, almost 30 euros) they would be served with the appropriate teapot and a pitcher of water for the Americano. But no, everything was served directly in the cups. By the way, the smallest American coffee I have ever had. - As soon as we finished our drinks, the waiter came over and asked us if he could take everything away, as if he was in a hurry for us to leave. So that's what we did, we left with the idea of never going back to that place again. Such an attitude and service made us think that maybe the hotel cafeteria is only for guests, but then they should say so from the beginning. An unfortunate experience in a hotel chain that is known for its elegance and kindness. Sincerely, anywhere in the world except except in Madrid.

I expected much more from a luxury hotel like the Four Seasons, but my recent stay left me thoroughly unimpressed. I requested a late checkout of 5 p.m. due to my 7 p.m. flight, which seemed like a reasonable request considering the hotel’s availability online. They offered a 3 p.m. checkout but refused to extend it further, citing “availability issues.” This was clearly untrue, as they later offered a 5 p.m. checkout for an outrageous €700, confirming they had availability but were more interested in squeezing extra money from guests than providing genuine hospitality. This level of dishonesty and prioritizing profits over guest satisfaction is shocking, especially from a brand that prides itself on exceptional service. Instead of being transparent and accommodating, they opted for a greedy upsell tactic. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels, and this behavior is far from what I would expect. I won’t be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice if they expect honest and guest-centered service from this establishment.

Not short of amazing. The hotel is in the heart of Madrid - close to all key attractions, restaurants, and shopping. A 5 star experience. The staff truly makes you feel like you are a special guest. the room has automated curtains, a luxury mini bar, and a bed that is so comfortable you may have trouble getting out of it. You can request the type of pillow you would like to sleep on via an iPad system. Most TV channels are in Spanish - hardly any English channels. The bedroom has a walk-in closet which is very convenient to store all your luggage. What I did miss was a mirror in front of the desk especially to do your makeup. The bathroom is luxurious and has the best amenities. It has a walking shower and a full bathtub with bathrobes and slippers. It also has a separate toilet area. The iPad has all the information for the hotel. You can order anything you require from the hotel and have it delivered at a specific time, which was impressive however I had tested this and the items did not arrive so I reverted to the old telephone call where it was delivered in minutes. It has a 4 story spa area which includes the gym and a pool with a jacuzzi area. There was a lot of space in the reception area to socialize and not feel overcrowded. The only reason I would give this hotel a four star is because of the breakfast, for a 5-star hotel, I was expecting more from the breakfast but everything made up for it.
