Madrid at El Fenix
Excellent all around Israel at the entrance was a delight, extremely helpful The bar staff in the evening as well. The hotel location is ideal for access to all sights. Salamanca neighborhood is full of shops and restaurants. The breakfast includes everything you could think of.

A great hotel in Madrid! Walking distance to everything.
One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Great rooms, food and staff. Oh and a Maybach. The staff was so helpful. Even when they had a VIP staying there we had no disruption in service at all. 5+ stars all the way around. Also walking distance to restaurant Tenconten. Loved Madrid!

Home away from home!
This is the 4th or 5th time I’ve stayed here. The location is great. It’s quiet compared to Madrid’s busy nightlife. But it’s also close- about a 20 mins walk to the center of the city! The staff at this hotel was amazing and I highly recommend it. Lucia, Israel, Carlos and Alex really went out of their way to welcome me and my mom and take care of us. We’re already planning a trip back!

Divine old school hotel!
Hotel is fantastic. Location, food, staff, everything literally! So kind and helpful staff. Welcome presents for the kids in the room and every day something new like plate of cheese, sweets or fruits is nice touch. Thank you Gran Melia Frnix!

Simply the best hotel!
Simply one of the best hotels in the world. EVERY member of staff (reception, doormen, Red Leve, cleaners, waiting staff and even the management trainee) was friendly, welcoming attentive and quietly efficient - literally nothing was too much trouble for them. The standard of accommodation was superb as was the RED LEVEL experience. Of course the icing on the cake is the hotels location - in the Mayfair of Madrid, easy walk to top class dining and shopping, galleries and parks. We travel a lot and very rarely have experienced such luxury at affordable prices. We shall return!
