Excellent, seamless stay on all measures. Beautiful space and well appointed rooms, easy check in and check out. Good amenities (gym), good room service. Staff was fantastic. Paid a bit more for Red Level and that was well worth it - lounge access, van access, other extras.

I love this place and cannot wait to return. They do it all right--the style is astonishingly gracious and calm in a classic way; the food at that breakfast table was divine; and the people are really what makes the place sing. It is worth emphasizing the wonderful staff from start to finish: everyone was generous and helpful and patient. Here is a shout out to Israel the doorman, whose cheerful energy brightened my day every time.

We stayed there for a few days and were thrilled to be able to walk to places like the Prado Museum, Serrano St, La puerta de Alcalá etc. The hotel staff are friendly, great service. We loved our very European style room. We had a great time and would stay there again.
