Hesperia Madrid

Hyatt Hesperia Madrid is a “find” amongst the many choices of hotels within Madrid. The Hesperia is probably one of the best values available. You are within walking distance to many key locations, or just minutes by taxi. The lobby and lobby bar are very welcoming, and staff ready to please. And you will be completely surprised by their breakfast! Whatever you may eat for breakfast, it is available on the buffet or on the menu. Make sure you leave ample time to eat before heading out to your meeting or sightseeing. The rooms are very comfortable and the marble bathrooms are well appointed. And you will of course have all the Hyatt amenities at your disposal.

This is a fantastic hotel for a trip to the Bernebau. Its in easy walking distance of the stadium, and the facilities and staff are lovely. It was particularly helpful to have the business centre. Breakfast was nice too. And Arsenal won !!!!!

For our trip to Madrid, we chose to stay 4 nights in Hyatt Centric Gran Via Hotel right downtown, followed by 3 nights at this Hyatt Regency Hesperia Hotel, which was quieter. Both were excellent hotels and delivered a high level of service. The check-in by Noelia was flawless. The front office manager would come by and inquire if we were enjoying our stay. Lovely breakfast in main dining room, and they had a Regency lounge. Welcome bottle of wine in upgraded suite. I would like to recognize the star performer who solved our problem of getting into the Sabrino de Botin, the 300 year old restaurant. After consulting the restaurant, Constanza suggested we should just show up before they finish their lunch service before 4 pm. Well, it worked! Constanza also suggested we should go to Corral de la Moreiria for flamenco. This old restaurant was the best and we were very close to the performers on stage. We had a great stay.

Dont even know where to start. The only god thing was the check in. Room dis not have air conditioning and when I asked the frost desk I got “it is cold and you don’t need it, we only have the heater working now, open the windows to get some air”. Bathroom sink and shower clogged, some of the support people were very rude.

Loved the Hyatt Hesperia! The location was amazing—-near everything and very safe! As a Discoverist I used my points and communicated with the Manager before I arrived. They gave me a very early check in and an upgraded room. The pictures online don’t do it justice. Everything was new and clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved it!!
