A Gem in the middle of Madrid!
A hidden gem in the middle of Madrid! The overall service was impeccable, the food outstanding and everything is either walking distance of all major sites and the Golden Mile or a short and inexpensive taxi ride away. We will be back again next year.

Total overpriced. Very disappointing and not up to HYATT standards.
The restaurant was closed due to a lack of staff. The hotel's facilities are totally outdated. This hotel does not meet the international Hyatt standard and is totally overpriced. The hotel management seems to be overwhelmed with its tasks.

Beautiful hotel and great breakfast
Beautiful hotel, comfortable bed, beautiful Christmas decorations and very nice breakfast. Our suite is very nice and it came with access to the regency club. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend to our friends and family

Another great stay
Excellent hotel in a great location. I have stayed many times and will go back. Rooms are grea. Quality of breakfast is excellent especially compared to other 5 star hotels iu have stayed in madrid. Globlaist get top notch attention. Very nice exec lounge also with pretty good food.

Five stars all the way
An excellent hotel with excellent facilities, professional staff and very fine services. It is situated conveniently. Breakfast is rich and fresh, people are nice and the overall impression is of a worthy hotel for every event or reason. I warmly recommend it.
