Awesome
This is an elegant and cozy hotel with excellent service of the staff! Since the moment you get in you feel like a family! Elena and Paula were very helpful but also the whole team. This hotel is located in the best area of Madrid with lots of restaurants and beautiful shops. This is the fourth time I have been in this hotel and would definitely recommend and come back!

Wonderful stay!
This is a great hotel. Terrific location, friendly/helpful staff with rooms that have obviously been renovated. The breakfast is excellent. The first day of our stay the hotel arranged for 90 minute TukTuk tour of the city. It was a great way to get a quick overview of the city. The hotel also suggested some great restaurants. Don't mis Casa Benigna.

Fancy location
We had a wonderful experience and stay. The staff is attentive , helpful and most of all plaisant. Fancy neighborhood with all the trendy and chic boutiques. Unfortunately the room assigned to us was at first a disappointment. Only one window facing a wall. No day light and dark. The next day they switched room and we were very relieved and happy that our complaint was heard. Good breakfast, diversified and well served. I will come back for sure.

Unparalleled Service!
My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Unico, they tear us like family and welcomed my family and friends like if they were also staying at the hotel. The service is excellent, the location unbeatable, the rooms well equipped and nice size. Sure sure a must go back type of place.

Dinner experience
Had an awesome birthday dinner at Ramon's restaurant. Worth every cent paid and we paid good money here 😀 This is a two Michelin stars restaurant and it really lives up to the expectations and even exceeded them without making extra effort.
