Wonderful as always
This is my favourite hotel in the Spanish Capital. Not large, luxurious, fine and professional staff, nice food and next to major museum and shopping attractions. The glass bar, the cebo restaurant are also some of the main attractions. All rooms are nicely cleaned and have many ammenities, such as ironing and fine tv and sound. This is the place to stay in Madrid!

The best choice for Madrid
Classic, but not old building, in the city center, without the annoying and crowded crowds of large hotels, walking distance to every attraction, spotlessly clean, excellent staff, excellent breakfast, everything a visitor to beautiful Madrid really needs

Perfect for a City Break to Madrid
Hotel Urban is in a fantastic location for a city break. The staff were amazing. The Glass Bar was one of the nicest hotel bars we've been in. So chilled after a long days sightseeing. Just a lovely cool hotel with excellent amenities. Would definitely stay here again. In Feb the rooftop terrace was closed but I'm sure when it gets warmer, it'll be a lovely area to sit and chill out too. I've given 4 star for our room, only because the floor boards squeaked so badly and we had no view at all. But still comfortable for the short times we were in our rooms.

Ideal location in Madrid
The hotel os ideally placed to visit The Prado, Thussen Bornamitza and Reina Sofia galleries on foot. In adddition, The Plaza mayor, Royal Palace, Retiro Park and shopping streets are all easily reached.

We have traveled numerous times to Spain's capital city, but this was a unique experience. Hotel Urban is not only a five-star hotel but one that possesses the utmost class. We were handled with service that cannot be fully described, and everywhere we turned there was style and statement. We consider Hotel Urban our home away from home.
