Valentine weekend.
The pillows were rather flat. Everything else was fine. The staff were exceptional. The breakfast was abundant with a nice variety. The dining area was beautiful, and equiped with a grand piano. Overall, it was a great stay. It helped my visit to Madrid to become more memorable.

As always a very nice stay
I use this hotel for my business travel since years. I enjoy the service i get there and the very nice rooms. The equipment of the gym and sauna are great and helps to do sports in winter time. Located in a area you find small restaurants and bars you have no issue to enjoy tapas.

Viva Madrid y el InterContinental!
Absolutely amazing! From the bellman hailing a taxi to the Club level experience. Dayanira Rojas and her team were an absolute delight to see each day. They took the time to get to know us and our preferences too. Future plans definitely include the InterContinental Club level!!

Great experience in downtown Madrid
The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Very comfortable bed and it was quiet enough to take a nap during the day (jet lag!) Lots of amenities and fabulous bathtub. Front desk and other staff were very helpful with suggestions and getting taxis. Very well run. Would definitely return.
