Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid

This is a fantastic and elegant hotel in all respects. The facilities are beautiful and it has a festive vibe that elevates the experience. The bar is active and exciting , the food is excellent and the staff is warm and helpful. The location is perfect as it is only steps away from the Prado. My room was equally outstanding. This was an exceedingly fun place to stay and look forward to returning

The Ritz Madrid is everything you’d expect from a César Ritz hotel—shiny, luxurious, and brimming with classic elegance. The top-floor room was tranquil and stunning, especially with its sunroof letting in beautiful natural light. The room felt both spacious and cozy, while the pool and spa facilities were impressive for a city hotel, setting a high bar. The staff went above and beyond, with friendly and attentive service. Dining and staying here is a true Madrid highlight, and the location near the park and museums adds to the quiet charm. Loved Mandarin Oriental service!

Service here is the best we’ve had in the world. This is a wonderful hotel near the park. El Jardin de Ritz had some amazing dishes and atmosphere. I’d like to also commend Ricardo who was our waiter at the Palm Court. His attention to detail was impeccable and we will be returning to the Ritz very soon!
