Fantastic Stay with Thoughtful Service

I’ve stayed here a couple of times, and it’s always a great experience. The rooms are spotless, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is excellent. A special thanks to Bogdan from the restaurant for the lovely birthday surprise! The attention to detail and friendly staff keep me coming back.

Not good. There are many hotels in Madrid .. will book another in future

Poor visit. First visit and was keen to try an alternative hotel in Madrid but will not go back. At check-in was logged into loyalty program without being asked or told. Room was small disabled access room that was very tired, with tatty paintwork, a bathroom radiator looking like it's coming off the wall and nightlights that had lost any control of where they sit. Tiny window looking onto a lightwell. Unimpressive toiletries. No free WiFi and tried to pay for WiFi but that did not work. Breakfast to be fair was not dreadful but not great either. For €26 there was good coffee and orange juice and fruit was fresh Tho scrambled eggs looked extremely grim and donuts chopped into halves scarcely charming or appealing. There are many hotels in Madrid. No need to go here again.

Hotel is so clean and super friendly and welcoming staff. The lady who waited on us for breakfast Azucena was so nice and my son literally loved her. So sweet and attentive even the other staff were all super nice. Loved our stay there. Receptionists so welcoming and helpful a very great experience and definitely will be back.

WoW Hotel!!! The team is so nice and welcoming. I’m traveling a lot but this Hotel team is extremely positive and worm! His getting my 10 out of 10!!! If you are looking for a quiet place, with lots of style and nice people, perfect breakfast this is the place!

Magnificent hotel in great location

Excellent hotel with superb service and a fantastic breakfast buffet. The breakfast wait staff with Azucena, Rebeca and Vanesa did an outstanding job keeping coffee, tea, juice cups flowing and would fetch us custom breakfast orders. It is a couple of blocks away from a metro station and many good bus routes, perfect for exploring Madrid. We booked it through Costco which also added airport transfers with a private car.
