The rooms are very comfortable. The bed was excellent. The service was wonderful. Patricia and Nerea at the guest service desk were super friendly and helpful. Jonathan at the front desk was excellent as well. Overall a 10. Breakfast was abundant and delicious

Room cleaned daily, bed was unbelievably comfy. Clean, modern, luxurious- a proper 5* Staff were also fantastic- Reception could be more helpful. The location was great. Right between Sol, plaza mayor, retiro park- nothing was more than 10 mins walk. Will return again!

The restaurant was amazing! Everything was delightful. Loredana was amazing to us and made the experience even better. Everything from the food to the atmosphere to the service was exquisite! Can not wait to come back. We traveled all day to Madrid and this is exactly what we needed!
