Great location combined with outstanding service

I stayed at this hotel for 9 nights and was treated with the utmost care. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate a few requests (extra Nespresso pods, another blanket, etc). The daily breakfast included in the price is outstanding. It includes a bountiful buffet of local cheeses, cured meats, breads, fresh fruit and one can also order a cooked breakfast. The lobby bar is hopping at night. The hotel is located in the trendy Chueca neighborhood, a short walk to the Metro stop of the same name. Restaurants and boutiques abound on the side streets. My Deluxe room was beautiful and well appointed, except that a small chest of drawers would have made it perfect. The bathroom is a delight. A small vase filled with fresh flowers greets you upon entry to your room, such a nice touch. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

A beautiful hotel in the perfect location in the Centro de Madrid. Walk to restaurants, bars, shopping, and museums. Service was impeccable. Guest Rooms are beautiful. Hotel offers different dining options as well as a lovely bar and lounge area.

Personel is attentive and helpful. Jordi, Nathalia and Valentina at the reception desk, and someone whose name I missed usually seen at the entrance. This gentleman was the most obliging. Where least expected he would be there willing to help and well informed. I believe his schedule is from morning until early afternoon, believe his name starts with a V.
