Only You Hotel Atocha

The best is incredibly comfortable and huge, we slept amazingly. The food was a little more adventurous and rich than we would like but prepared very beautifully. The service was very good in the restaurant and particularly the bar by our server Razvan - thank you for a lovely stay!

My disabled husband and I visited Madrid to see our grandsons and celebrate a birthday for one of them. Only You looked after us wonderfully. The staff were always helpful, polite and ready to go the extra mile. Paula and Mercedes were especially helpful and kind. They lent us a wheelchair so we could get to the Prado and Retiro on foot. The food was excellent at all times. Unfortunately the road works outside made entry challenging but we had very good support from the staff. Thank you everyone at Only You!

The stay was quite pleasant, with attentive staff and a cozy atmosphere. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, although a bit smaller than expected. Conveniently located near public transport and dining options, it made exploring the city easy. A few minor inconveniences regarding noise, but overall a solid choice for a comfortable visit.

stayed here for 3 nights with my husband. had been recommended to us by a couple who live in Madrid. Lovely hotel. Very clean, rooms lovely, beds comfy, warm showers. Check in and out very easy. We did room only and got breakfast in the city. We walked into the city centre some days and got the metro other days. Felt very safe walking to and from the hotel. There are roadworks surrounding the hotel but didnt disturb us our room was the other side. It might be a different story if our room faced the street. Would thoroughly recommend

The experience was amazing.. there are no words to describe how amazing Only you hotel is!!!! Everyone of them is very kind professional happy and willing to help the customer!!! The hotel is at a perfect location with metro and all of the thungs anyone can ask for.guys at the reception Costin, Azahaner, Salmer, Pauler & Sergio are very polite and hospitality is their specialty!!! Special thanks to Mercedes Garcia and Helena who helped us find the best spots in Madrid, also helped us with tickets reservation and shared with us all the useful info for making our trip unique!!! Thanks for everything Only You team Atocha for sure we will come back to Madrid and of course at Only You hotel!!
