Razvan was absolutely amazing!!! His customer service, his timing, and his care for his guest was beyond reproach! He continued to care for us and our needs all the way up to the minute he was supposed to leave for the day. Thank you for an amazing first time visit Raz, we’ll see you tomorrow!!!!

Great value, very cool place, would stay there again!
Just stayed at Only YOU Hotel Atocha one night before flying out of Madrid. Selected this hotel because I just spent several nights at Only YOU in Valencia and it was incredible! Only YOU Atocha was the perfect location right across the street from the main train station which is also the place we were returning our rental car. The only downside is there is major road construction right in front of the hotel which makes drop off slightly challenging but I will say that the staff was incredibly helpful by bringing out the luggage cart all the way to a side street and so it was no problem. They were fantastic in working around this challenge! The lobby and rooms are decorated in a very fun, cool way, making you feel happy and relaxed! We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Overall, the service was great, and the interior of the hotel was amazing. Razvan, the bartender, and the entire night staff at the Sep7IMA restaurant were professional and provided impeccable service. However, I encountered issues with the malfunctioning thermostat and Television system.

We had the best experience at the bar with the bartender, Enrique. He recommended the best cocktails and he was so kind and attentive. We will be back for sure when we come back to Madrid and even more if he’s around. They probs have the best drinks in the center.

Amazing, unique hotel
Unique, posh, cool hotel. Treated like VIPs by staff. Brought us champagne, hot cocoa, special dessert, all out of nowhere, for free. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Location isn't as central as others, but walkable, right by Retiro Park, taxis all over the place, and of course the main train station in town across the street. Couldn't recommend more strongly.
