Lovely hotel; great location; good rooms; great staff
Lovely hotel. Good location close to lots of restaurants, bars and shops in a quite a buzzy area of Madrid with Cava Baja and Puerta del Sol in easy walking distance. Rooms really nice - contemporary with all the features we'd expect. Staff are really efficient, helpful and friendly. We only had breakfast there so can't really comment on the food. The atmosphere of the place is excellent.

Placio de los Duques is a true 5 star hotel and one not to be missed when visiting Madrid. From the warm check in process, to the incredible breakfast buffet, to the absolutely outstanding service from each team member, this hotel sets the standard for luxury and service.

A Truly Unforgettable Stay
I just spent two unforgettable days at this Meliá, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the Red Level team ensured everything was absolutely perfect. I was there to celebrate my anniversary, and to my surprise, I found a beautiful arrangement of chocolate-covered strawberries and a bottle of cava waiting in the room. This thoughtful and unexpected gesture truly made the occasion unforgettable. The hotel itself is stunning, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff, especially the Red Level team and Cristina, whose attention to detail and care made our stay extraordinary. I can’t wait to return. Thank you for making our celebration so special!

Great Stay!
Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and very clean. Received an upgrade at check-in which was very welcomed! Hotel is located in a convenient location - a short walk to a bustling shopping district with nice bars and restaurants. Highly recommend.

EXCELLENT STAY IN MADRID
The bed and pillows are so comfortable. The hotel is beautiful, The service is amazing. We loved the location of the hotel as well as the decor. And as mentioned before. The service is amazing. I would definitely return. I highly recommend this hotel
