The loveliest stay!
Wonderful stay. Rooms are super comfortable and elevated. The staff was very accommodating to our every need and the most friendly. The hotel location is quiet while still a short walk to main sites, restaurants and shopping in Madrid. Highly recommend!

Great experience
Great experience. Awesome from the start. Though a small lift/elevator, there were no waits and a really cool spiral staircase that was more fun than the lift. It is a beautiful building retrofitted to a wonderful hotel with amazing Terrace views. Concierge was excellent and really made the experience enjoyable. Terrific cocktails at the bar and on the terrace. Love the place (towel warmers in the bathroom!) and would highly recommend to others. - Mike

Loved it here
Wow - this hotel is perfect for Madrid exploring - I will return! Special mentions to the hotel staff: Sergio at breakfast Luis on the door getting me transportation sorted Viorel was excellent - so helpful and always friendly to everyone. The bar patio is just ace and the rooms all are beautiful - I miss the place already!

Wonderful stay at this property. Centrally located to restaurants and shopping. Hotel service was excellent. Our Room was very nice too. The staff helped us with reservations and activities suggestions. Will stay here again in the future. Will recommend this Hotel to family and friends visiting Madrid.

Home away from home
The nicest, most accommodating service, a Michelin restaurant delicious for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Elegant yet comfortable rooms and wonderful bar and patio areas to hang out in. Our favorite hotel in Spain! Highly recommend enhancing your Madrid stay in this centrally located hotel.
