This hotel sits on the fringe of central Madrid on the corner of Atocha and the Castellana which is a plus since it is not overly crowded and noisy. There are plenty of places close by for breakfast and tapas if you do not want to use the over priced breakfast offered by the hotel. Hotel has a modern hip vibe with an ample lobby, bar and restaurant by a very famous Spanish chef. Clean rooms and excellent room service with comfy beds and good towels. On the down side, this hotel; is next to a disco so the noise from the people lines up and party goers could be heard from our room on the 4th floor. The windows didn't muffle out the sound enough. another downer was that out of the three elevators only two seemed to be working and the middle one did not stop at the 4th floor so we were stuck using one. Nothing terrible but just annoying since the hotel was full of people. Taxi was always available for us to go anywhere. Overall a very enjoyable experience and I must say the guys at the bar and front desk were great and accommodating.

The hotel is in a great location and close by to all sight seeing and restaurants . Very nice plush lobby interior and bar. Very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. All staff were smart and friendly. Plus all spoke English! I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Madrid.

This was my first time at a Radisson Red. The property is located within a short walking distance of the Atocha train station and a longer walking distance (uphill) from Plaza Mayor and Sol. The area is full of young people and it was very loud in my room at night. The hallways are quite dimly lit which makes one feel a bit unsafe. However, I believe that the hotel is very safe. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and charming. I would stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is modern and clean, and the restaurant offers excellent food and good value for money. The room was nicely appointed, and everything worked. My only recommendation for improvement is to ensure that the supplies in the room (vanity kits, teabags, coffee pods) are replenished without needing to ask. I worked long days, and finding out some of these essential things were missing in the morning was an inconvenience.
