Radisson RED opens its doors to one of the most historically and culturally important cities in Europe. In the beating heart of bustling Madrid, Radisson RED is not only surrounded by the priceless art of Goya and Velázquez, but is also just steps away from sites like La Puerta del Sol and Parque del Retiro. With the Reina Sofía Museum, El Prado Museum, and the seven-story Kapital nightclub just around the corner, it's the perfect place to have fun, unwind, and immerse yourself in art and culture. The hotel includes 260 new rooms and suites decorated with bold works of art. Gastronomy at the hands of Eneko Atxa, 5 Michelin star chef, the NKO restaurant fuses Basque and Japanese cuisine, making it the perfect place to entertain and taste the most exclusive gastronomy in the city. Beyond NKO is the rooftop Nigiri Basque House, which offers sushi, drinks and panoramic views of the city.

If you want a good nights sleep and have a young family avoid this hotel! The noise at 3.30am for a few hours is ridiculous when the nightclub/ bar closes and people leave and hang around outside singing & shouting. We’re on level 1 and all windows closed. Not worth £450 a night!

Stayed for four nights while attending expo/conference at Madrid's exhibition centre. Hotel was comfortable and clean, staff were pleasant and helpful. Only had breakfast, and that was fine. Would be happy to stay there again when visiting Madrid.

I am writing this review to inform other travellers about the noise issue at this hotel. I stayed for 1 night and was rudely woken up very early on the Sunday morning from a lot of noise in the street outside the room. The noise came from what looked like hundreds of drunk people leaving the nightclub next door. Although the hotel staff knows about this existing issue with noise when people leave the nightclub, they still put guests in these rooms facing the nightclub and just above street level. I did complain about this when checking out and spoke to hotel management. They offered me a free night at the hotel, which is great, but I can’t use it as I do not live in Spain and do not have plans to return to Madrid. So, I do feel cheated and I’m not sure if Radisson dropped their standard or if cost cutting is going on…. But, there are some serious issues at this hotel. I does feel as if the Radisson Red and Blue hotels in Madrid are more focused on their interior design, painting all the walls black and blue, but they are missing the basics like making sure that guests are comfortable and get a good night’s sleep. My recommendation is to avoid both the Radisson Red and Blue hotels in Madrid.

Such a nice, clean and well held hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The gym was also nice and clean and had new equipment. The location is a 10-15 min walk from downtown and very close to the wonderful Retiro Park ❤️. Very happy with our stay!

I've stayed at a number of different Radisson Hotels around the world, but Mohamed's team including Javier, Yuvinka and Wendy is one of the best I've come across. I'd definitely recommend staying at the Radisson Red Madrid whether for business or on vacation.
