Building and rooms are perfect Service people in restaurants , especially breakfast are terrible ! House keeping is average , non English spoken at all .. In breakfast many of my orders not even served even I repeated them several times. Concierge is acting like posh elites of Spanish royal dynasty. Again I will never ever stay there again

One hundred percent perfect stay. Although the hotel is under renovation, the rooms are completed, gorgeous, and comfortable. The public areas still have work to do, but it won't interfere with your stay. Lots of beautiful details everywhere you look. The front desk went above and beyond to find a room ready for 2 very early weary travelers. Thanks you so much. The breakfast buffet has everything you can imagine. We really hated to checkout. What an amazing stay.

I love this hotel! Although it is under renovation right now, it's still beautiful. The makeshift lobby isn't anywhere near as nice as the original but I'm sure it will be amazing when it's done. The room is absolutely gorgeous - so luxurious and very large. The location is great - close to the Prado, walking distance to Sol, and close to the Metro. Definitely a great option for Madrid!

This is normally my go-to hotel in Madrid, but all the nice features of this hotel are currently inaccessible due to renovation. It’s now a real faff to get to the rooms and temporary restaurant, with the original beautiful restaurant closed until Feb/March next year. Extremely annoying since I specifically booked this hotel to show my wife the breakfast restaurant. Of course, there was no mention of the ongoing renovation when booking via the Bonvoy app, and it still remains premium priced. Furthermore, for good measure, the surrounding roads and fountain are also under renovation. So while the service remains excellent, I’m sorry to say that I would not recommend staying here before Spring 2025.

The Palace has the best location of any hotel in Madrid. It is upgrading to be a luxury collection hotel. We have been staying at the Palace for 25 years and frankly, it has always been a luxury collection caliber hotel. Everything about this hotel oozes class, elegance and comfort.

I just returned The Palace package that I purchased from Luxury Link. It was absolutely lovely. The room was marvelous and the people were so nice and helpful. I must say it was quite a buy. Thank you.

Just returned from 5 night stay in junior suite at Westin Palace Madrid. Breakfasts were excellent as was the dinner. The front desk was very helpful, room comfortable, spacious and well equipped with luxury bath and delightful bed. Service outstanding. Overall, a first class hotel in Madrid. Five nights was just the right amount of time to see Madrid and surrounding sights. This was an excellent value through LL.

My husband and I traveled to Madrid this year and had booked a room at the Westin Palace for three nights. They put us on the special VIP guest floor in a spacious deluxe room with a magnificent marble bathroom and view of the city. If that wasn't enough, they also included a sumptuous breakfast buffet!

The Westin Palace, Madrid, was grand and our accommodations pure luxury. And their dining room served the best roast lamb in town.

I can't say enough about the Westin Palace Hotel-Madrid in Spain. Everything was superb. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I thought that the service was first-rate. Throw in perfect weather like I had and you have the ultimate Madrid experience.
